Excellent Service - First Time Purchase I went in to Orleans Honda to purchase my new Honda Civic LX. I was greeted by Mindy, who was able to answer all of my questions and was very pleasant I went in to Orleans Honda to purchase my new Honda Civic LX. I was greeted by Mindy, who was able to answer all of my questions and was very pleasant with me. She made sure to cover the important details about the model I was purchasing and took her time making sure I understood. The process for getting this car was quite easy for me. The Financial Service Manager Norm was also very friendly and professional. He made sure that I was aware of all the options that were necessary and not necessary for my purchase, helping me to make the most informed choices. They even worked to secure the best interest rate for my finance. On delivery, Mindy talked through many of the features of the car again so I had a refresher before I left. I would definitely reccomend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a Honda. The service was great and the buting experience was actually effortless. More

Our sales rep (Mindy Bennett) was professional, very friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle we were testing. We needed the car almost immediately for our son who was going to Barrie for school. Mindy arranged all the paperwork and licencing very quickly and we were on our way with our new Accord. Minday also arranged an introduction to the Honda dealership in Barrie just in case there was any need for servicing of the vehicle. In our search around Ottawa and Gatineau we had met many sleazy salesmen, but we were very comfortable and confident with Sam's product knowledge, straightforwardness and professionalism. What really impressed us was that if he didn't know the answer to a question, he didn't fake it or brush it off like so many others. He simply admitted it, excused himself and went to find the answer. All of the staff we met at Orleans Honda were great, but Sam was particularly easy to work with. We would highly recommend him! Excellent Customer Service I went looking for a used Honda, but decided to see how much it would cost me to lease a new vehicle. While I was there my sales Person Joel Scardin I went looking for a used Honda, but decided to see how much it would cost me to lease a new vehicle. While I was there my sales Person Joel Scardini was very very helpful. He went over everything and did calculations to see what was best for my price range. Also I went to Kanata Honda and was told that I couldn't use my car as a trade, even though it was still in fairly good condition. At Orleans Honda, they offered my a trade, so I was very happy. Another reason I would go back to Orleans honda I leased a new Honda Civic and I absolutely love it. When my lease is over I will be leasing another one, hopefully a red one next time.
