Excellent car buying experience We are a Honda family (Pilot, CRV, Civic and 2 Accords). I purchased a 2015 Honda Accord last month from Orleans Honda. Our sales rep (Mindy Bennett) was professional, very friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle we were testing. We needed the car almost immediately for our son who was going to Barrie for school. Mindy arranged all the paperwork and licencing very quickly and we were on our way with our new Accord. Minday also arranged an introduction to the Honda dealership in Barrie just in case there was any need for servicing of the vehicle. Thanks to the team for a very easy and seamless transaction, not to mention we feel we got very good car at a very fair price. More

In our search around Ottawa and Gatineau we had met many sleazy salesmen, but we were very comfortable and confident with Sam's product knowledge, straightforwardness and professionalism. What really impressed us was that if he didn't know the answer to a question, he didn't fake it or brush it off like so many others. He simply admitted it, excused himself and went to find the answer. All of the staff we met at Orleans Honda were great, but Sam was particularly easy to work with. We would highly recommend him! Excellent Customer Service I went looking for a used Honda, but decided to see how much it would cost me to lease a new vehicle. While I was there my sales Person Joel Scardin I went looking for a used Honda, but decided to see how much it would cost me to lease a new vehicle. While I was there my sales Person Joel Scardini was very very helpful. He went over everything and did calculations to see what was best for my price range. Also I went to Kanata Honda and was told that I couldn't use my car as a trade, even though it was still in fairly good condition. At Orleans Honda, they offered my a trade, so I was very happy. Another reason I would go back to Orleans honda I leased a new Honda Civic and I absolutely love it. When my lease is over I will be leasing another one, hopefully a red one next time. From my first encounter with Jennifer, who by the way was a extremely pleasant; efficient service representative with a great can do attitude. I also dealt with Mike and Hugo who were also great. This dealership went out of their way to provide an excellent level of service, even providing a loaner so I wouldn't be inconvenienced. I have been a Honda man for 30 years but have never had service like this. Kudos Orleans Honda. It's no wonder I will continue to buy Honda with service like this. Thank You. Paul G. More

We felt no pressure from sales consultant Joël Scardini. Drove the two prospective SUVs on the same day and in similar conditions before making a buying decision. Ultimately, we purchased a new CR-V Touring, wow. Unfortunately after ten months we were involved in a severe not at fault accident. We can affirm without reservation that the vehicle safety features and solid manufacturing standards prevented us from major injuries. We needed a replacement vehicle, we didn`t hesitate and went back to Orléans Honda. remarkable efforts were made for us by both Joël and the sale manager Mr. Peter Kelly to get us into a new vehicle.
