Thank You Orleans Honda Tony Luckman (sales rep) sold us our 2015 Honda Accord Touring so purchasing the 2017 Honda CRV Touring with Tony again as our sales rep was an easy c Tony Luckman (sales rep) sold us our 2015 Honda Accord Touring so purchasing the 2017 Honda CRV Touring with Tony again as our sales rep was an easy choice. We shopped around and test drove the Nissan Rogue and Rav 4 for comparison. While these models all have positives and would meet our needs, it was Tony's salesmanship, the Orleans Honda Team approach and quality of service that secured our purchase. We know as we learn the technology of our new CRV that Tony and team will be there to support us. They didn't try to up sell additional items once the deal was made. We had a price and Tony helped us get it. The vehicle was immaculate when we picked it up with 5 Kms on the odometer and a bonus full tank of gas. Getting the veterans plate was a process, and Orleans Honda was very understanding as we uncovered new nuances. Thank you Tony and the Orleans Honda Team for helping us get that 65th birthday present. More

They then lied to each other to cover their butts and then chose to toss the deal over $449 overcharge instead of removing it. Went in for my 500 dollar deposit refund and the director says he will take it off now even though Jamie the sales manager told us to take a hike if we don't want their anti theft package. They will expect you to have explicit proof so I recommend recording everything and taking photos of all documents as they are prepared because without it you're either screwed or left without a car. Spoke to a friend about my experience and she said she would never go back because her husband was yelled at by the service manager and also called a liar to his face. Should have spoke to them before going. Do yourself a favour and stay away from Orleans Honda!! -Would like to add that I was told by the director that they sell 120 cars a month and they have never had an issue before. I've read many online reviews that say otherwise. I guess he wanted me to feel embarrassed for speaking up. More

I have brought my car in for usual work such as oil changes, however, I have also had to bring it in for other things such as a flat tire. What started as a stressful situation turned into a huge relief when Mike assured me that it would be fixed that day, and went above and beyond to have me back driving my car as soon as possible.
