Hello, Today, I had an appointment at Orleans Honda for Hello, Today, I had an appointment at Orleans Honda for oil change and wiper blade insert replacement (very basic), after 30 minutes of the appoin Hello, Today, I had an appointment at Orleans Honda for oil change and wiper blade insert replacement (very basic), after 30 minutes of the appointment, they call me and tell me that my battery needs replacement, and he was explaining to me why I should replace it and he kept going on and on. After he was done explaining I stated that my battery was bought\replaced from Orleans Honda on January 17, 2020 so it is still under warranty, he then paused for 10 seconds and proceeded that he will put me on hold and go speak with parts. He comes back and says that they will run another test and then replace it and call me for an update. Best part, I get no call, just an email that my work is done and the car is ready and NO mention of the battery at all (not even a test) on the invoice. so when I went to pick it up they just say it doesn't need to be replaced. After Orleans Honda was purchased by ALPHA AUTOGROUP, it went down the drain, the worst of the worst. I will NEVER EVER go there again and if I really need a Honda dealership I will drive to Kanata dealership as they have a different owner. It's just funny that my battery needed to be replaced when they did not know it was new and when I mentioned it was new and still under warranty it turned out to be fine, if I wasn't on top of things I would have said (yes please change it) and I would have lost over $300 unnecessary expense. When I go to a dealership I expect honesty not someone who is trying to rip me off. I tried getting hold of the service manager at 1:30 PM ET but didn't want to get back to me. Please note this is NOT the first rodeo with Orleans Honda, the one before this one is cheating me when I purchased the 2016 CR-V where they did NOT do any maintenance on the car before delivery (break mentaining, oil change, transmission\differential fluid flush and brake fluid flush); I remember very well asking them twice and on the third time cause i had this crazy feeling nothing was done they admitted all of the service was missed. That included the secretary, salesmen and manager. And another new person being trained as I was there. - Try getting a hold of someone by phone right now that's not sales and see how you do Our story: - Got told on the phone that the car we were looking at was sold. Get a call back later saying the buyer fell through the financial part of the contract and was available. Drive 30 min to lot (and 30min home), start liking the car in person, get told by sales person while we're looking at it that it's sold. - Get about 6 call backs the next day between my wife and I saying it was a mistake and it's actually available. - We drive another 30 min to lot and someone says it's sold. Then, it's not. Then, they can't find the keys because one person thinks they're hiding it to sell it to their friend. - Finally up on test drive, appreciate the car. - Lot's of sales pressure and fallacious add-ons as expected from any dealership. We have no money now but have a car. Get yourself informed about typical dealer fees they'll scam you with. - I asked if there's any warranty (used car), if I drive off the lot and it breaks down in the street, what will you do for me? Answer: Nothing. Absolutely nothing. Zero warranty. Not a 30 day or even a 1 week warranty. Nothing. - They try to sell me the exact electronic rustproofing model THAT'S ALREADY IN THE CAR, for a few hundred $$$ thankfully I know it's in there already and say no thank you. - The process to buy is slow and unorganized. Was at the dealership about 3 hours. - No communication after purchase about what they needed and when. I initiated every call with them to find anything out about the purchase (when they needed licensing, when it would be ready for pickup, what time it would be ready). They said X day but didn't say a time. Turns out it won't be available until late in the day at X time (our appointment time) and then they won't even guarantee that. Say they'll phone back to confirm. They don't phone back. AFTER our appointment time we were scheduled pick up the car, I phone again asking if we can pickup out car. Yes, it's ready almost an hour after appointment time. So we drive 30 min out to get it. - After a slow purchase process and another 30 min of searching, THEY CAN'T FIND THE KEYS TO OUR CAR. They say, "we'll find them and deliver them" - Weeks later I still haven't received a call from them and I still have no second set of keys. - I phoned and checked in multiple times since then and they still can't find them but have not offered to make new ones as they promised. I'm phoning again to get a hold of their manager and the voicemail is for "Vladimir" but I was told to get a hold of someone else. When I hung up and phoned again to tell the secretary this, she did not answer the phone and forwarded me directly to the same voicemail. - Not sure what else to say about this dealership. Extremely poor customer appreciation and service. Communication is the big issue. You can meet some nice people individually, but that doesn't mean it's a good experience when you spend so long not knowing what's happening (and neither do they). More
Had a very pleasant experience leasing a new CRV. Jean Marc Antoine was a pro. He was focused on what i needed , he gave me many opportunities to test various vehicles and find the prefect one. My husband and I were in the process of buying a new vehicle and were quite interested in the Honda Passport. We went to this dealership twice over the course of a month and both experiences were absolu vehicle and were quite interested in the Honda Passport. We went to this dealership twice over the course of a month and both experiences were absolutely awful. We were helped by sales associate Scia S. Our first experience with her was off-putting. We asked to drive the Touring trim of the Passport and she came back with the lowest Sport trim. She told us that they didn't have the Touring we wanted to drive, which was understandable. We test drove the vehicle and upon return to the dealership, her first comment to us was "you were gone for a long time." She then told us that we could come back to the dealership any time if we wanted to test drive the Touring model. We clarified that she told us they didn't have one, to which she responded "it's in the lot. I just have to look." So, we were essentially lied to and Scia didn't want to look to actually provide us with the model we asked for. Later in the month, we came back as we had narrowed down the choice to a Passport and another vehicle. We asked to test drive an EXL trim. Scia came back with an EXL, but complained the entire time that the vehicle had not been PDI'd and she didn't want us to take it out. We got in the vehicle to find that there was little to no gas left in the tank and she was willing to send us out in the vehicle, "it's enough to take you down the road." She repeated that if we'd made an appointment, this wouldn't have happened, essentially blaming us for not making an appointment. When we asked to put off the test drive and just talk numbers, she spoke over us and told us she was busy with another client and we would have to make an appointment. I understand that appointments are sometimes necessary, but the level of unprofessional behaviour we experienced not once, but twice, is completely unacceptable. Especially when a vehicle is an expensive decision to make. We are not purchasing a Honda because of the treatment we received. Scia definitely lost your dealership a sale. More
Ultimately Poor Service I went to Orleans Honda and found an excellent used vehicle and was initially received excellent customer service. I went back and took a test drive of the car - and was given payment options that were very reasonable. I asked the sales representative to please send me a quote as I'd like to close the deal given the positive test drive. The quote never arrived, and I contacted them a day and a half later and was advised by the sales representative that he'd gotten busy and the vehicle was sold on the evening that I took the test drive. I would have even understood if the vehicle was sold and the sales rep proactively advised me - but he simply said he'd gotten busy - did not send a quote - and asked if there was another used car in the lot i was considering. This was all via email without even the courtesy of a phone call. Orleans Honda was highly recommended to me and I've contacted my friends and family to advise of this very poor customer experience. More

We just bought a 2020 Odyssey to replace our 2008 Odyssey. The staff was very friendly, listen to our concerns, help explain the new technology and was open to some negociation. They even showed my Odyssey. The staff was very friendly, listen to our concerns, help explain the new technology and was open to some negociation. They even showed my kids how to get a hot chocolate from their machine. So far, we are satisfied with this dealer (no maintenance done yet). More

We have been driving Honda for over 30 years. Since Orleans Jinda has opened up we have been dealing with Peter Kelly the sales manager. We have least three Honda Pilots in the past 7 years and workin Orleans Jinda has opened up we have been dealing with Peter Kelly the sales manager.
