Worst experience ever! We have bought Honda’s each and every time, dealt with many dealers across the city but this by far has been the worst. Bad customer service, rude sales man Joel and poor after serv every time, dealt with many dealers across the city but this by far has been the worst. Bad customer service, rude sales man Joel and poor after service. We traded in our old car and still have payments going out for both, they do not return calls or messages. I’m not sure how they operate but their GM should look into it. Joel threw the keys to us on the day of our delivery, we should’ve walked out instead of buying the car at that point. Even his manager who saw it acknowledged his actions were unacceptable. We were lied to and treated completely unfairly. Orleans Honda will not be getting our business again. More

Our experience at Orleans Honda was great. We were out of town looking for a deal on a vehicle not sure what we were looking for at that point. There was no pressure and we had contact with him for whatever else we may have needed in making the decisions on buying our new vehicle. The ability to call him whenever we had a question made working with Vlad at Orleans Honda and excellent experience. Thank you again, you are a gem in the industry and it was great dealing with you. My husband had the worst experience at Orleans Honda today. We were shopping for a new car for my husband and not sure what to buy. We decided on a 2018 CRV. We were going to test drive a smaller vehicle but my husband was not comfortable in it. We were waiting to see the used CRV but all of a sudden told it was sold. We were pretty much escorted out. It is not sold. We have a perfect credit score. My husband has Parkinson’s and we were navigating a new SUV territory. We went elsewhere and bought a $30,000 vehicle. Honda Orleans is a place I will never recommend to anyone. More

Refused to honor Price matching for tires as per Honda website! Also, when I wanted to purchase a used 2017 Civic this spring, the told me they don't negotiate as they are already giving best price! Went to a 2nd Honda dealer and they price matched the tires to Canadian Tire prices without hesitation. A 3rd dealer this spring had no problems offering me a better than listed price on a used Civic... why wouldn't you when a customer is purchasing 2x vehicles from you! The other was also a brand new SUV. Lesson to all. If you want to save on Honda vehicles/parts ... stay away from Orleans Honda! More

Hello, Today, I had an appointment at Orleans Honda for Hello, Today, I had an appointment at Orleans Honda for oil change and wiper blade insert replacement (very basic), after 30 minutes of the appoin Hello, Today, I had an appointment at Orleans Honda for oil change and wiper blade insert replacement (very basic), after 30 minutes of the appointment, they call me and tell me that my battery needs replacement, and he was explaining to me why I should replace it and he kept going on and on. After he was done explaining I stated that my battery was bought\replaced from Orleans Honda on January 17, 2020 so it is still under warranty, he then paused for 10 seconds and proceeded that he will put me on hold and go speak with parts. He comes back and says that they will run another test and then replace it and call me for an update. Best part, I get no call, just an email that my work is done and the car is ready and NO mention of the battery at all (not even a test) on the invoice. so when I went to pick it up they just say it doesn't need to be replaced. After Orleans Honda was purchased by ALPHA AUTOGROUP, it went down the drain, the worst of the worst. I will NEVER EVER go there again and if I really need a Honda dealership I will drive to Kanata dealership as they have a different owner. It's just funny that my battery needed to be replaced when they did not know it was new and when I mentioned it was new and still under warranty it turned out to be fine, if I wasn't on top of things I would have said (yes please change it) and I would have lost over $300 unnecessary expense. When I go to a dealership I expect honesty not someone who is trying to rip me off. I tried getting hold of the service manager at 1:30 PM ET but didn't want to get back to me. Please note this is NOT the first rodeo with Orleans Honda, the one before this one is cheating me when I purchased the 2016 CR-V where they did NOT do any maintenance on the car before delivery (break mentaining, oil change, transmission\differential fluid flush and brake fluid flush); I remember very well asking them twice and on the third time cause i had this crazy feeling nothing was done they admitted all of the service was missed.
