I recently purchased a new 2020 Honda Accord Hybrid Touring from Orleans Honda. My sales rep, Richard Hintzen, was very courteous and knowledgeable about the products. Even after the sale was concluded, he was always available to assist in preparation for the car delivery, even answering emails when off duty. Totally above and beyond what I expected. There a few issues with the car which were resolved quickly, to my satisfaction. Finally, I should also point out that the General and Finance managers were, as well, polite and knowledgeable. Worst experience ever! We have bought Honda’s each and every time, dealt with many dealers across the city but this by far has been the worst. Bad customer service, rude sales man Joel and poor after serv every time, dealt with many dealers across the city but this by far has been the worst. Bad customer service, rude sales man Joel and poor after service. We traded in our old car and still have payments going out for both, they do not return calls or messages. I’m not sure how they operate but their GM should look into it. Joel threw the keys to us on the day of our delivery, we should’ve walked out instead of buying the car at that point. Even his manager who saw it acknowledged his actions were unacceptable. We were lied to and treated completely unfairly. Orleans Honda will not be getting our business again. More

Our experience at Orleans Honda was great. We were out of town looking for a deal on a vehicle not sure what we were looking for at that point. There was no pressure and we had contact with him for whatever else we may have needed in making the decisions on buying our new vehicle. My husband had the worst experience at Orleans Honda today. We were shopping for a new car for my husband and not sure what to buy. We decided on a 2018 CRV. We were going to test drive a smaller vehicle but my husband was not comfortable in it. We were waiting to see the used CRV but all of a sudden told it was sold. We were pretty much escorted out. It is not sold. We have a perfect credit score. My husband has Parkinson’s and we were navigating a new SUV territory. We went elsewhere and bought a $30,000 vehicle. Honda Orleans is a place I will never recommend to anyone. More

Refused to honor Price matching for tires as per Honda website! Also, when I wanted to purchase a used 2017 Civic this spring, the told me they don't negotiate as they are already giving best price! Went to a 2nd Honda dealer and they price matched the tires to Canadian Tire prices without hesitation. A 3rd dealer this spring had no problems offering me a better than listed price on a used Civic... why wouldn't you when a customer is purchasing 2x vehicles from you! The other was also a brand new SUV. Lesson to all. If you want to save on Honda vehicles/parts ... stay away from Orleans Honda! More
