There a few issues with the car which were resolved quickly, to my satisfaction. Finally, I should also point out that the General and Finance managers were, as well, polite and knowledgeable. Worst experience ever! We have bought Honda’s each and every time, dealt with many dealers across the city but this by far has been the worst. Bad customer service, rude sales man Joel and poor after serv every time, dealt with many dealers across the city but this by far has been the worst. Bad customer service, rude sales man Joel and poor after service. We traded in our old car and still have payments going out for both, they do not return calls or messages. I’m not sure how they operate but their GM should look into it. Joel threw the keys to us on the day of our delivery, we should’ve walked out instead of buying the car at that point. Even his manager who saw it acknowledged his actions were unacceptable. We were lied to and treated completely unfairly. Orleans Honda will not be getting our business again. More

There was no pressure and we had contact with him for whatever else we may have needed in making the decisions on buying our new vehicle.
