Last week, I purchased a car from Orleans Honda. After doing some research, I started looking for a used Honda Civic with low mileage, to replace my nine year old Ford Fusion. I found one on line that interested me and sent a message that evening asking if it was available. I received a call the next morning confirming that it was. I came in with a friend, who is a repeat owner of a Honda. I did not have an appointment, but I had mentioned that I would be around ten o’clock to look at it, when I was called about its availability. I was served by Omar Kahwaji. The car had only been on the lot since the night before, so Omar immediately went and filled it up so that I could take it for a test drive and assured me that it would get professionally cleaned later that day. When I returned, we sat down to discuss the purchase of the car. Omar explained the process, as it was my first time buying a used car. The car would go through a 100-point inspection and be certified. He was helpful and patient, taking the time to answer all my questions. I asked to have the car ready for Friday. I was assured it would be. When I picked it up, it was clean inside and out and all the necessary paperwork was done. My friend asked that the summer tires be put in bags for ease of storing, which was done. Omar kindly explained everything on the dashboard, as I was not familiar with all the electronics. I asked him to connect my phone, which he gladly did. Overall, it was a great experience thanks to Omar. More

Honda Warranty = garbage Don't buy any additional warranty. It is useless ! At Honda you feel walking on a red carpet when you are purchasing the car, they do everything for you, once you need their warranty. It is useless ! Comprehensive warranty is useless, it is not smart to buy any warranty from Honda. I have 2 issues in my Honda Civic one in transmission and second in engine my car has only 60,000km and it should be under warranty till 100,000km they asked me to pay on each issue $150 TO DIAGNOSE the problem to see if covered or not!!! This will never happen with other car dealers ( Mini cooper, Jeep they check the car and let you know what's the problem and if it is covered or not, or if you have to pay or not ) At Honda you always hear : "Just in case problem was not covered you have to pay for the diagnose" ($300 guys just to take a look to my car , what a service !!! ) Was planning to buy the new Civic but now I know that the most important is "SERVICE after SALE". More
