Poor vehicle service. ( Technician - AE6005085 ) I booked a service at the dealership because I clearly heard an unusual sound from the front end of the car. They diagnose ( Technician - AE6005085 ) I booked a service at the dealership because I clearly heard an unusual sound from the front end of the car. They diagnosed it and everything and after that, they indicated that there are no concerns, and no abnormal noises heard from the car. They even " TEST DRIVE " the car for " 7 kilometres" ( A short ride? ) and didn't hear any single abnormal sound. I can clearly hear the sound as soon as I hit a bumpy road. Also, when I picked up my vehicle, it was not treated properly. They parked it and not even applied the parking brakes, They just left the gear in reverse and leave. Heated seats left on. Seat belts are messed up. I definitely doubt that they checked and diagnose the car properly. I had an amazing experience with the sales and finance department but in the service department, I will never bring my car again to have a service there. Careful, your car might be the next one!!!
