Brought my car in for service on Monday, later that day i was contacted by a sale rep from orleans honda asking if i wanted to trade in my vehicle, its the year and KMs they are looking for, for their used car lot. After speaking with him he provided me some numbes (what i would get for a trade in and how much i would potentially have to pay to get a new car (i have under 12k kMs currently), i said no way, and asked not to be contacted again unless the offer was within certain prematers which i provided him. Next day i get another message form a sales manger asking again to trade in my vehicle. I answered saying i spoke with someone, maybe you, yesterday and you know what im looking for, if you can do it ill be in there tomorrow to finish my service we can talk then. That said the language used in his message reminded me of a CBC marketplace imvestigation into car dealership sales people (link below) the financial upsell portion. Anyhow the next day i was contacted by another sales guy on behalf of a sales manager wanting to go over an offer with me. He seemed to think i would be pleased with it, yet didnt want to talk with me over the phone he wanted to talk in person when i picked up my car, so i said fine assuming that they wouldnt call me again unless they were in the ballpark of what i had expressed. I arrived, sat down, he started the sell on the new models etc.then after a bit of time i was presented with a trade in offer. I was a bit shocked and holy waste my time. Looking the offer I would be out of pocket for allot more than the offer made just two days earlier. I had said no dont concact me again unless you have something close to what im thinking and the offer got way worse for me, what a waste of my time. Confused i asked if there was another option and was shocked again when he preaented me with the original offer from two days earlier on the phone, the one i had flat out refused and asked them not to call me back about. Im not sure if their goal was, to team up and bully me into something that wasnt right for me or if their was some other reason, i just know i was very clear about not contacting me again unless they could get me my expatations. They obviously didnt care about my request. Actually given that all estimates had to go though the sales manager for approval when i was there and the first person that called me days earlier just had price estimates ready and was adjusting prices thoughout the conversation based on our conversation it may be a fair assumtion he was the one that originally contacted me and kept pressing me to trade in, even though i asked not to be contacted. In any case this is not a good business practice, pressing clients, upselling, bait a switch tactics, and continueing to contact me with the same thing over and over. In the yoube video (LINK below) there is a CBC marketplace show on the ethics and business practices as well as an investigation into sales staff at dealerships as well as what consumers should watch for and who to report unethical car sales person behaviour to. I encourage all consumers to watch this video it can protect you and save you thousands. https://youtu.be/l6WSoijb8cY https://youtu.be/jBpMe36GoW0 More
WE HAD THE WORST EXPERIENCE with this dealership. We saw an ad on FB for a brand-new Honda CR-V LX AWD white and went in to buy the car. We are not experienced buyers and that is why we decided to go We saw an ad on FB for a brand-new Honda CR-V LX AWD white and went in to buy the car. We are not experienced buyers and that is why we decided to go with a brand-new car. We were told by Jimmy, the sales person, that the car was order by a customer who faced some health issues and had to cancel the order, but they received the car anyway. So we did not inspect the car as we were let to believe the car is brand-new. It was displayed in the showroom and the tries were all clean up and shiny. So we singed, paid the deposit and ask for the car to be rust proofed. The day before we were supposed to pick up the car I was showing the ad to a friend and he noticed in the ad it is written 465 km, he mentioned that brand-new cars should not be driven that much. I looked at the bill of sales and it was written less than 200 km on delivery and on the document we signed the milage was 17 km. I called the dealership and was reassured that the car is brand-new and I asked for the millage and told it is 479! I asked for an explanation and they said maybe it was used for a test drive or demo! We were shocked and asked why we weren’t given that information. They told us to wait to received a call from the sales manager, Christian Fuentes. He called us sounding extremely annoyed and said that we will lose our deposit and no worries if we don’t want the car as he can sell it right away! I managed to get a hold of the general manager who also reassured us that nothing is wrong with car and told us he will investigate the milage and gave us the option to cancel the contract if we do not want the car. He later sent us an email and said “It was originally sold to a client who did not get approved for financing. The client took the vehicle home to show his family on 2 separate occasions (once before buying the vehicle and once after). Once the financing did not go through, the vehicle was made available for the public to purchase and it went on a few test drives within Orleans.” We weren’t happy with the situation but decided to go in and inspect the car and get it if everything looked good. We were not surprised to find a damage, that we think has been fixed, on the driver’s door. We decided to cancel the purchase and got the deposit back. I am sharing my experience in the hope that no one else go through what we went through with this dealership. More

Took car in for regular service. Cost me just over $600.00. This may seem like a trivial complaint but, tire pressure supposedly checked, adjusted but wasn't. According to door pl Cost me just over $600.00. This may seem like a trivial complaint but, tire pressure supposedly checked, adjusted but wasn't. According to door plate, 35psi. Was same pressure when taken in. 32s and 31. Picky maybe, but attention to detail lacking. Easy, simple thing to do but it wasn't done. It's failure to do the little things that makes me wonder about major issues. More
Aly Hatson is absolutely amazing, knowledgeable and authentic. I shopped a lot and spoke to many agents before going to see her. She is honest and genuine. If you go to Honda on mer bleu go see her. On June 9th, I had an appointment set up for 5pm to view and figure out what payment pricing would be for a 2021 Type R, when I arrived we did a walk through of the vehicle and then we sat down to talk numb and figure out what payment pricing would be for a 2021 Type R, when I arrived we did a walk through of the vehicle and then we sat down to talk numbers. About 5 minutes later the sales rep walks into the managers office and comes back to tell me someone “JUST” put a deposit on the car therefore it is sold, but I am there in person ready to make a deal for the Type R. So in my opinion this is very unprofessional and disrespectful since i was not given an opportunity to put a deposit on the vehicle. Again, I am there in person with an appointment already scheduled to make a deal on the vehicle. To add fuel to the fire my commute to the dealership was about an hour, which the sales rep was also aware of AND I made it clear at 11AM when I first inquired about the vehicle that I am interested in purchasing it (at this point the ad was listed as pending as soon as we had discussed I will be coming in person so I assumed that I secured my spot but apparently that’s not how it works at Orleans Honda). Highly dissatisfied with my experience with Orleans Honda and there sales team More
