We have been trying to arrange a safety inspection for our leased 2018 HRV, so we can purchase it when the contract expires. Last week, I purchased a car from Orleans Honda. After doing some research, I started looking for a used Honda Civic with low mileage, to replace my nine year old Ford Fusion. I found one on line After doing some research, I started looking for a used Honda Civic with low mileage, to replace my nine year old Ford Fusion. I found one on line that interested me and sent a message that evening asking if it was available. I received a call the next morning confirming that it was. I came in with a friend, who is a repeat owner of a Honda. I did not have an appointment, but I had mentioned that I would be around ten o’clock to look at it, when I was called about its availability. I was served by Omar Kahwaji. The car had only been on the lot since the night before, so Omar immediately went and filled it up so that I could take it for a test drive and assured me that it would get professionally cleaned later that day. When I returned, we sat down to discuss the purchase of the car. Omar explained the process, as it was my first time buying a used car. The car would go through a 100-point inspection and be certified. He was helpful and patient, taking the time to answer all my questions. I asked to have the car ready for Friday. I was assured it would be. When I picked it up, it was clean inside and out and all the necessary paperwork was done. My friend asked that the summer tires be put in bags for ease of storing, which was done. Omar kindly explained everything on the dashboard, as I was not familiar with all the electronics. I asked him to connect my phone, which he gladly did. Overall, it was a great experience thanks to Omar. More
