Time to edit your inventory listing (two weeks later still listed) Not one person bothered to come outside to offer help. Walked over to Chevrolet dealer right beside Nissan and a sales rep appeared in three minutes. We saw a Colorado truck we liked and returned on the weekend with intentions to buy. I thought I would walk over to Nissan one more time...again 15 minutes later still no offer of help even though I could see 6 reps inside...and they saw me. I guess they thought women don’t buy trucks....this would be my third truck purchase. your $40,000 lost. Maybe next time get off your butt and start with hello. More

He said the extra would be above the price he gave me. Not even a gas voucher to help with my travel time and gas and meals. Not even offered a coffee. They were waiting for me to leave because they likely had a better offer. Never buy a Nissan they have the worst customer service and hire very arrogant or untrained people. I think all the 5 star ratings are maybe fake. More

Not my first time buying a car (7th vehicle now) but my first at a manufacture dealer, usually buy at used car dealers. Had the paper work and going over the bill of sale, then Nes came over and offered me a good deal on a New last year model (‘17) for a couple bucks more bi-weekly, I was happy with the new car deal and happy with this new truck. The guys made a new car buying experience a good one, Andrew was a good guy, easy to talk to and went over everything really well with me. if I stick to Nissan, I’ll defiantly go back to Orangeville! More
Wonderful no hassle experience and a great product Had a great experience working with Moe and Waj trading in my 2012 F-150 and moving into a 2017 Rogue Platinum. I broke in the new vehicle with a Had a great experience working with Moe and Waj trading in my 2012 F-150 and moving into a 2017 Rogue Platinum. I broke in the new vehicle with a 1400km trip home in the mountains of Northern Ontario. CVT transmission + mountains was awesome. I was initially leery on both the CVT and 4-cylinder engine after a lifetime of V8s, V6s and conventional transmissions, but Moe helped put my concerns at ease. Now after nearly 7,000km I can now saw I am a firm believer in the powertrain combination that Nissan has in the Rogue. It handled the mountains beautifully, has plenty of pep and amazing fuel economy. I recently drove a conventional transmission vehicle and found myself missing my CVT. The Rogue is well appointed and a pleasure to drive. I get countless compliments on the beautiful reserve interior, and all the storage options have helped make the transition from a full-size pickup less painful. My 11-year-old dog, who is my main travelling companion and has seen all of Canada from the back seat, seems really happy with how massive the windows in the second row are and can really get his head out there to enjoy the trip. The little people in my life also enjoy the big windows and love all the room they get in the back row, they are always wanting to ride in my "spaceship". Thanks Moe & Waj! I appreciate your knowledge and no hassle no pressure approach. You made purchasing a vehicle an enjoyable instead of a stressful experience. More

He had a lot of patience and took the time to ensure that I was getting what I wanted. He ensured that I would have the right information so that I knew exactly what to expect from the car. He was so warm and welcoming and took the time to follow up with me after the deal was closed to ensure that everything was going smoothly. Waj, in finance, provided the same amazing level of service. He was very approachable and answered all my questions, no matter how simple. He took time to help me understand and digest all the information that he was providing. I am so happy with my car and the experience as a whole. I will definitely be returning to this dealership the next time I am in the market for a new car. Amazing job! More
purchase a new 2017 murano platinum We just bought a new 2017 MURANO PLATINUM and traded in a 2015 MURANO SV AWD with almost 40,000 km on it. We priced the deal with a number of NISSAN d We just bought a new 2017 MURANO PLATINUM and traded in a 2015 MURANO SV AWD with almost 40,000 km on it. We priced the deal with a number of NISSAN dealers including the Collingwood Nissan dealer we originally bought the 2015 MURANO from. ORANGEVILLE NISSAN was the lowest by far, over $4000 lower. This was, percentage wise, a huge difference. Price alone is not everything. The ORANGEVILLE NISSON sales person we contacted, Ryan Wagner was a pleasure to deal with. He was knowledgeable, "upfront", direct and honest. In short he is a person with integrity. From our past experiences with how dealers operate this was a welcome change. In pricing the deal we asked for a net net price differential with all taxes, admin and sundry fees included. The whole deal was done over the phone in one day. I provided Ryan with a verbal description of the condition and the mileage on the vehicle we were trading in. Based on this, he provided the Net "out the door" price. I expressed my concern to him that, upon seeing the "trade in", he might try to chisel us and jack up the price. I said we did not want to drive 1.5 hours to their site only to experience such a shenanigan. He assured me they would never do that and as long as our car was essentially as described there would be no problem. Ryan was true to his word. My wife drove our car to Orangeville Nissan the next day and met Ryan and other dealer staff. The new car was ready, spotless and gleaming with a FULL TANK OF GAS. They took a very quick superficial look at our car and the deal was done for the quoted price and my wife drove off 15 minutes after her arrival in the new car. My wife's comments after meeting Ryan and the other involved staff personally was that she really liked them and they instilled in her a feeling of trust and that they really cared about us as customers. NOW THAT SAYS IT ALL. They define what customer satisfaction should be like. We really want to thank Ryan and Orangeville Nissan for the great, courteous, caring and hassle free deal they provided us. The Murano is a great car and I would urge anyone buying a car to consider the Murano. If considered, the buyer would be well advised to contact Orangeville Nissan and Ryan Wagner in particular for information, service, treatment, integrity and pricing that is nothing less than SUPERB.
