We priced the deal with a number of NISSAN dealers including the Collingwood Nissan dealer we originally bought the 2015 MURANO from. ORANGEVILLE NISSAN was the lowest by far, over $4000 lower. This was, percentage wise, a huge difference. Price alone is not everything. The ORANGEVILLE NISSON sales person we contacted, Ryan Wagner was a pleasure to deal with. He was knowledgeable, "upfront", direct and honest. In short he is a person with integrity. From our past experiences with how dealers operate this was a welcome change. In pricing the deal we asked for a net net price differential with all taxes, admin and sundry fees included. The whole deal was done over the phone in one day. I provided Ryan with a verbal description of the condition and the mileage on the vehicle we were trading in. Based on this, he provided the Net "out the door" price. I expressed my concern to him that, upon seeing the "trade in", he might try to chisel us and jack up the price. I said we did not want to drive 1.5 hours to their site only to experience such a shenanigan. He assured me they would never do that and as long as our car was essentially as described there would be no problem. Ryan was true to his word. My wife drove our car to Orangeville Nissan the next day and met Ryan and other dealer staff. The new car was ready, spotless and gleaming with a FULL TANK OF GAS. They took a very quick superficial look at our car and the deal was done for the quoted price and my wife drove off 15 minutes after her arrival in the new car. My wife's comments after meeting Ryan and the other involved staff personally was that she really liked them and they instilled in her a feeling of trust and that they really cared about us as customers. NOW THAT SAYS IT ALL. They define what customer satisfaction should be like. We really want to thank Ryan and Orangeville Nissan for the great, courteous, caring and hassle free deal they provided us. The Murano is a great car and I would urge anyone buying a car to consider the Murano. If considered, the buyer would be well advised to contact Orangeville Nissan and Ryan Wagner in particular for information, service, treatment, integrity and pricing that is nothing less than SUPERB. Over promised and under delivered I bought a new Nissan Titan XD Deisel and a Murano SL in the same deal. We made our deal on the phone since I live in North Bay. As the day came to make the switch, they kept changing the deal. Now I had to take financing at 4.99% and I had to sign a form saying I would pay a hefty penalty if we paid early. Upon arriving at the dealership, we were quickly ushered into the sales office and not even offered a look at the vehicles before signing on the dotted line. The salesperson did not know how half the features worked on the Titan.....and here is the kicker.........the Titan had over 11 000 km on it and they had not changed the oil before I took possession. I was told that it did not have to be changed until at least 12 000 km. Wow!! I called the dealer manager and he offered to "undo the deal." I said, "Sure, lets do it." He then back paddled and told me that I was not grateful and that he wanted to "fire" his salesperson and sales manager because the deal was so bad. Okay Trump. There was a lot more to it but......the bottom line is that these people are simply unprofessional. On top of it all, Moe said that we "needed" to give her 10's in the survey. Again, wow!! More

Our 2nd Nissan and won't be our last I knew from the beginning I wanted to purchase a Nissan but I wasn't originally tied to any dealership. I find the sales people in Oville just move between automobile manufacturers with no real passion to what they are selling where Nissan isn't like that. They have a seasoned team who are long time employees and that speaks something to me. I've worked with Waj Hussain twice now and both times he has been very helpful, honest and personable. All you have to do is come in with an idea of what you want, and he will do an incredible job showing you all of your options, even outside the box. He isn't trying to throw in stuff you don't need or waste your time on a deal. He'll always take his time with you and make sure you are comfortable with the purchase you make.
