No question, we landed back at Orangeville Nissan. We are Nissan loyal, and have had such great experiences both times. Nes, Tom, and Nash were all helpful, gave us tons of information, took time to walk us through the whole process, and answered all of our questions. Not to mention, the Nissan Titan is an awesome machine! We love our second Nissan purchase, and when the time comes again, we will be back! More

Im sure alot of this was due to my vulnerable wife being the one there and them taking advantage of her . Not a happy customer. Not to mention 2 hours she waited for a oil change and to change winter tires with a 3 month old baby in the waiting room . Will not he using them for service anymore or recommending them to anyone More

READ THIS BEFORE CONSIDERING THIS DEALERSHIP!!! My wife and I recently purchased a used truck from this dealership. We live in Barrie and travelled to Orangeville Nissan as the truck was well priced My wife and I recently purchased a used truck from this dealership. We live in Barrie and travelled to Orangeville Nissan as the truck was well priced and appeared to be in good condition. The truck's check engine light however illuminated immediately upon starting the truck, which of course raised some concerns. The sales person advised that the truck will be thoroughly inspected and repaired upon purchase and reassured us that it would not be a problem. Upon returning to the dealership after the test drive, there was another family waiting in the lot to check out the truck. I am not sure whether this was planned or not, but it did create a high pressure sales situation. This resulted in us being told that Orangeville Nissan is a "no haggle" dealership and that the price of the truck could not be lowered even $500. We are talking about a 2007 vehicle, with brake issues and a check engine light on! We decided to pay asking for the truck as we were reassured that Orangeville Nissan was a "reputable, high-volume" dealership and that we and the truck would be well taken care of. We agreed to pick up the truck over a week from that date and were told the truck would be safety certified and e-tested. During this time I remained in regular contact with the Business Manager, Nash Ali. We even agreed to purchase an extended warranty. The afternoon before our scheduled pick-up date I received an email from Mr. Ali asking what time we would be heading to the dealership that evening for pick-up. I replied that the agreed pick-up was the next day at 10am and that I had already taken the day off to do so. He stated this would be fine. The morning of pick-up, I received a call from Mr. Ali advising that the truck was not ready and that there were some issues with the size of the brake calipers that were ordered. I received this call at 930am! We had already left our home and travelled an hour! I advised that we had vacation plans which were already paid for and required the truck. Mr. Ali was apologetic and asked me to send him an email to that affect. He asked that I specify my request for compensation, which he agreed, we were owed. He stated the truck would be ready on Tuesday. I agreed to pick the truck up at 10am on Tuesday which was 5 days later. I sent my email immediately upon speaking with Mr. Ali and received no reply. I waited all day and decided to phone Mr. Ali just before 5pm. He stated that he spoke to his manager and that I should have received a call but reassured me that I would receive a call the following day. I did not receive any calls the next day. On Monday I phoned Mr. Ali again, he apologized again and stated that I would receive a call from his manager immediately. I then received a call from Nes Bratic. He was very apologetic for the situation and stated that he would speak to his team to figure out what happened and phone me back. Mr. Bratic did not phone me back. An hour later I phoned him and he stated that he already apologized. I asked how my family would be compensated for our time, wasted money and inconvenience. I was disturbed to hear Mr. Bratic say he already apologized and that he has gone "over and above" with the safety on my truck and would not be taking any money off the price or offering any other form of compensation. I stated my surprise, given the high pressure situation in which I agreed to purchase the truck for asking price! Mr. Bratic then stated "I didn't have to spend the money to replace the brakes, I could have just greased them up and sent it out!" I was shocked and completely appalled at this. The Sales Manager is telling me he could have cut corners to safety my vehicle and that I should appreciate that he did not!! I was fed up with Orangeville Nissan's customer service and disrespect and asked when I would be getting my truck. He agreed to Tuesday at 10am. Of course at 5pm that evening I received a call from my sales person asking when I would be able to pick up the truck. I advised of our agreed 10am pickup and was told that they could not have it ready until 2pm but that they would work hard to ensure it was ready for noon. I confirmed that the truck would be safety certified and e-tested, which was my original request. I was told it would be done. I picked up the truck the next day as scheduled. The MTO registration sticker had 2018 on it and so I asked whether it had been e-tested as my birthday is in December. I was told it was. I looked the truck up on the E-Test website, which indicated an e-test would be required to register my vehicle for 2019. I emailed Mr. Ali again, with my concerns. Again he attempted to reassure me that an e-test would not be necessary as it was already done. I received a notice from the MTO this week advising that my truck must be e-tested in order to register it for 2019!!!! I am disgusted by the level of disrespect we have experienced at Orangeville Nissan. It is evident they were only interested in our money and not our time or in quality customer service. I will be posting a review everywhere I can to let it be known. More
