Srinivas Varanasi(SV) is a great sales agent I walked in Wolfe Subaru out of curiosity. Heard a lot about Subaru, but sure I won’t be able to afford the price point. At that moment, I was decided on getting another brand. SV greeted me and wowed me with how great the Subaru is. He was very matter of fact, confident and took pride in the Brand he represented. He took me for a test drive. Offered me a deal I couldn’t refuse - cash discount, free mats, low interest, etc. That same day, I bought an impreza hatchback and I didn’t look back. I’m enjoying every moment driving my new car. Great car, even greater service! More

I wanted a manual transmission Crosstrek sport, which turns out isnt stocked regularly anymore, but they kept me posted every step of the way until it arrived on the lot. The mindfulness and consideration with the fact I live out of town, their vast knowledge of the product and their friendly demeanour made my decision to buy there that much easier and w/o being pushy and in your face. Routine 85k service and battery change Somewhat expensive battery change. If I had been thinking I would have gone to a drive in shop or used BCAA battery replacement service. They did no Somewhat expensive battery change. If I had been thinking I would have gone to a drive in shop or used BCAA battery replacement service. They did not reset the passenger side window button (not working when I left) from the driver’s side which is a known glitch on these Outbacks if the battery is disconnected . Otherwise the service took a bit longer than expected and when they told me it would be another 30 minutes it was well over that .Otherwise no issues and a friendly atmosphere in the dealership with a hockey horn going off every time they sold a car. WARNING, DO NOT BUY! If there was a 0 star option I would pick it. Subaru's contain a myriad of problems, engine oil consimption being the biggest red flag. On a brand new If there was a 0 star option I would pick it. Subaru's contain a myriad of problems, engine oil consimption being the biggest red flag. On a brand new car this is not acceptable. I once owned a 2017 impreza, what a mistake that was. I traded that lemon for a far superior vehicle "Mazda" I would reccomend the 2019 awd Mazda's over a Subarpoo. There was a class action lawsuit here in Canada 2016 from Subaru owners who were scammed by Subaru for the engine oil consumption problem. My car proves that Subaru is still producing duds. The customer service was attrocious. Even the head of their customer service at head office was toxic. They couldnt grasp the fact that they sold me a defective vehicle even though they admitted to having to replace the engine block. I asked politely for a new vehicle considering all the major issues mine had, electronic issues, cruise control etc. They laughed in my face. The manager of wolfe was the most rude and even yelled at me in the dealership. I have saved so many people from buying a Subaru. Please save yourself the nightmare. Thank you More

Sales, service, all that I have met so far have been easy to reach and to talk to. And to my surprise they put a new owner event together which is a great idea to learn a bit more about your car as well as creating relationships with this dealership. Well done. More
