First we went to a different dealership and we were very happy with the car, but the next day turned out our choice of exterior and interior is not available. We were told everything is sold out and there will be no shipment until next year. They offered us some alternatives which we didn’t like. So being very disappointed we decided to try our luck with Wolfe and we were lucky to get in touch with Srinivas! Not only he reassured us that both options we were looking for are available at Wolfe, he managed to schedule a meeting and a test drive the same day! Srinivas was very helpful and welcoming, he did his best to make us feel comfortable and valued at the dealership. When taking the final decision, he provided us with a lot of tips to ensure we are making an informed choice. We never had a reason to doubt his good intentions and acting in our best interest. When it comes to finances, we were really happy to meet Natalie! She was very kind and gave us a lot of details describing all the options and additional services and helping us to choose the right ones. She also negotiated a great deal for us taking into account our financial circumstances. Overall we were really happy with Wolfe Subaru, they saved the day for us! More
You will pay a lot more with this dealer I brought a brand new 2016 forrester limited for $37,500 . Two and a half year later I return and try to trade it in for a used 2018 outback price at I brought a brand new 2016 forrester limited for $37,500 . Two and a half year later I return and try to trade it in for a used 2018 outback price at $37.,990 . They will only give me $22,000 for my Forrester for the final offer. For $15,500 different for 2 year , I could lease a Mercedes . Subaru ads stated that it have the best value retainsion. Does it? More
Disappointing experience I visited this dealership to replace my Outback with a newer one, test drove a 2018 Outback. Not once the sales manager looked at me or acknowledge me, nothing, walked pass me twice, nothing. The exchange rate I was given was ridiculous and the salesman (Srinivas Varanasi) was a bit aggressive and kept dissing my Outback telling me it was worth $4000 to $6000. Didn't even try to give me a good deal. It was that or nothing, so I left feeling very disappointed in the lack of good service. I decided to go back to the other Subaru (not part of this Wolf group) where I originally got my Outback. The minute I stepped out of my car, I was greeted by the sales manager who was outside having a friendly time with other customers and staff. He immediately came straight to me with a firm handshake and asked me how I was doing and what can they do for me, I told him I was looking into upgrading my car, that I wanted a more recent one with low km. He told me, "we will make sure we meet your expectations and do whatever we can to make you happy and make it happen" They gave me $10 000 trade-in for my car and I left happily with a brad new 2019 Outback Touring with payments less than a 2018 basic one these guys tried to sell me. Never going to Wolf on Boundary again. More

Above and beyon After several weeks of research I decided the best car for me would be a Subaru Outback for my very busy active lifestyle. I chose Wolfe Subaru based After several weeks of research I decided the best car for me would be a Subaru Outback for my very busy active lifestyle. I chose Wolfe Subaru based on their outstanding reputation for amazing customer service. I went to test drive the Outback just before closing on a Saturday where I had the pleasure of meeting a Wolf salesman, Srinavas. He handed me the keys and told me to take my time on the test drive. Upon returning he answered all my questions directly and thoughtfully. His knowledge of all the Subaru vehicles is incredible and so helpful when comparing options for the right amenities. Srinavas was patient and efficient through the process of finalizing the deal. His manager took my current car for a quick test drive and made me a generous trade in offer which I accepted. When I picked up my car and o take home, Srinavas took the time to sit in the car and show me all the features and functions. He went above and beyond through the whole process. I highly recommend you drop by Wolf Subaru for a test drive and ask for Srinavas (SV). His desk is on the left right when you walk in the doors. The Outback is my first Subaru and I’ll defiantly not be my last! More

I think every new car owner should attend a workshop to learn how your new car functions. I especially appreciated the walk-thru to change your spare tire, as well as the opportunity to ask questions at the end. Thank you! Mary Hawes More
