Tiffany was the only salesperson to ask specific questions to figure out why I was after the vehicle I had chosen, and thanks to her help, we realized it would be a far better choice to pick a different car. All the other dealerships just wanted a quick sale. Tiffany spent hours of her time to make sure I made the right decision, and end up with a car that was a perfect fit for me. The car is amazing, and I couldn't be happier. All of the staff that I was introduced to, from the finance, insurance, and service personnel were courteous and friendly, and you could tell they actually enjoy what they do. More
Interested only about getting customers $ I bought a 2009 Subaru Forrester from this shop, assuming they sell inspected & reliable vehicles. 6 months later, I took the car to their service I bought a 2009 Subaru Forrester from this shop, assuming they sell inspected & reliable vehicles. 6 months later, I took the car to their service as it was not idling well. They took it in, and told me that they have to fix something (they did not specify what), and that could be up to $2000. They gave me free courtesy car while my car was in service. After few days they called me that there is more to fix (still not specifying exactly what), and few days later, again a call that they still need to work on my car. The end result was +$4000 bill, and they charged for the courtesy car as well. When I asked questioned them if they think this is what customers should expect when buying a car from them & bringing it back to them for a service, they just ignored me. More

When I walked into Wolfe I was greeted by Chris Jamieson very quickly. When I asked to just look around and said I would come see him when I was ready, he pointed me in the right direction and let me do my thing. I don't know why that's so hard for some people. Anyway, I did come back and ask for a test drive in a forester. Chris was very knowledgeable about his product but I already knew the model I wanted and options so after the test drive it was basically down to pricing. We both knew that the Limited w/tech was a tough to get model and there aren't many around in the color I wanted, but they were very accommodating and we worked out a deal amazingly quick. There were no games or sales tactics. I absolutely loved the way they do business here at Wolfe and Chris was very honest about everything. I already knew a lot of the questions I asked but I wanted to see if he would mislead me at all, such as the margins. I will be recommending them to friends and family 100%. On a side note, i had my dog in my car and chris informed me that I can bring him in the store, they had a dog bed, water bowl and some treats ready to go. I know that's nothing to do with discounts or free stuff but it's the little things that make a store different from the others. Top notch service. More
Poor salesmanship and treatment I walked in ready to buy a Crosstrek pre-owned. All I was asked was what colour I would like, and then was given one to test drive. Did not come with on the test drive, and when I brought it back he still didn't seem to care to tell me the specs, I had to ask myself. Sales rep seemed to only want to talk about how it looked. I'm a woman and felt treated like I knew nothing and would care about nothing other than how 'pretty it was'. Then went to go talk numbers and I wanted to see if we could negotiate something less, especially since I had a trade in. I understand my current car was older, however it was in excellent shape and he wasn't even willing to look at it, just said that for what it was, I could get nothing. Would not budge on price, and laughed at me when I tried to negotiate. I felt undermined and as though he was annoyed because he wanted an easy sell. More

I told them I won't commit to nothing unless they can tell me how much they are gonna charge me. I was so angry that I demanded to speak to their manager. He then told me that the best they can do is to discount $300. The whole experience feels like I am a less person and they are doing me a favor. I then walked into Docksteader Suabaru. The sales representative helped me got a $3000 discount and I walked out their shop with the purchase within 1 hour. So advice, don't waste your time on them. They simply hate you. More
