Great customer service Discovered an issue with the fuel door on my new Elantra GT. Was able to get a lunchtime appointment 2 days after calling. I was informed of what transpired with my car and then my car was returned to me freshly washed. While waiting in the comfortable lounge there was complimentary coffee and other hot beverages. More

Makes a car shopping experience a good one We were looking for a new car and had our eye on the Santa Fe XL so dropped in for a visit at OpenRoad Hyundai in the auto-mall. We were greeted by Dee and from the beginning, she's done an amazing job following up and showing the care behind closing a sale. From the small gestures of making us feel welcomed in the dealership, to the continuous follow-up during (and after) the sale, she made the shopping experience a good one. Was willing to negotiate on price when we showed other offers and ensure that the deal got closed with her considering that she put in the work for it. Met the sales manager once and was not approached again even after bumping into him at the coffee machine at the lounge (awkward), but all else was handled well. More

All the staff present were very friendly, knowledgeable, and able to answer all questions. Got a recall notice several months later and went to the dealer and got it fixed the same day the notice arrived!! If you are looking for first rate, friendly service this is the best place I've ever been to!! More

I've been in customer service industry for 40 years therefor I couldn't help to notice the service starting with Ajax as my sales person courteous kind as a single lady picking out a suv which I don't know much about but after all the dealerships he made time to explain the why's & why nots as well Ben what a team fabulous, then comes Collin sales manager again my interest came 1 St I felt so comfortable these guys were amazing then comes along Jordan can't say enough about his customer service and positive energy it shine all over the dealership i felt so comfortable & new I was taken care of honestly respectfully & happy. I left with a beautiful SUV and I'll miss these guys the energy is so positive kind & professional. Thanks to all staff in making me feel so comfortable ! I'd send people there 110% More
There when you need them! I bought my 2009 Hyundai Elantra Touring 6 years ago. I've done almost all servicing at the dealership -- and much prefer to go to "my" dealership. I bought my 2009 Hyundai Elantra Touring 6 years ago. I've done almost all servicing at the dealership -- and much prefer to go to "my" dealership. Their service team is so courteous and knowledgeable,and I would expect no less, since Service Manager Greg Dowswell leads by example. The service dept. staff explain findings clearly and recommend a priority list of things that need attention in the near future. For me, a private tutor, that's important, because I must plan life around limited available cashflow. I remember on one particular occasion my car stalled in traffic during rush hour. I hadn't had the car for very long. This was amazing to me: the salesperson I had dealt with, Philip Cheung, came to where I was parked on the side of the road and sat with me until the towtruck arrived. When I arrived at the dealership, a car was ready for me to use until my own car had been repaired. I was awestruck by the care that I received. And that attention to detail and the comfort of their customers has never waivered from what I would call truly superior! I'd stake my reputation on this: you won't be disappointed by bringing your automotive needs to OpenRoad Hyundai in the Richmond (BC) Auto Mall. You deserve a great experience. More

When we went to the Service Department we met Greg (Service Manager) and Molly (Service Advisor) and from that day forward We have not dealt with anybody else! Molly is outstanding at what she does. She walks you through every step of the way on regular service items and gives you options that best apply to that visit! When it comes to warranty issues Molly is a full professional all the way! Molly goes to bat for you everytime and leaves no options unexplored when you have any warranty issue! Its as if Molly is a part owner of your vehicle and makes you feel relaxed that things will get done! Molly is a true asset to Open Road Hyundai Richmond!!!!!!! More
