The dealership was as usual very pleasant to visit as a result of great service and pleasing facility. The service offered was competitive in price and the bonus offerings of pastries and a parting gift of a BBQ tool set was very nice. "First Service" On March 24 I brought my 2015 Elantra into the dealership on my lunch hour for its first oil change and service. Daniel asked me if I would like the c On March 24 I brought my 2015 Elantra into the dealership on my lunch hour for its first oil change and service. Daniel asked me if I would like the car washed after the service and I said yes. Once the service was completed, I found out that it was at no charge! That was really a terrific surprise. When I got into my car to head back to work, I realized that not only was my car washed, but the interior was vacuumed as well. That really made my day as now I didn't have to do these tasks on the weekend. My only disappointment was that it dumped rain on the way back to work and my clean car only lasted the afternoon. More

Service#2 - Car was done on time! When my wife picked it up the Vehicle Inspection Report was not reviewed with her, and there was a check mark in the red sectio Car was done on time! When my wife picked it up the Vehicle Inspection Report was not reviewed with her, and there was a check mark in the red section of the ENGINE AIR CLEANER. I think that this should have been mentioned to her, along with an explanation. There was one other think that was overlooked, but has since been remedied after I called. When I had made my appointment I was told that there would be a tire rotation, at the time I asked if the summer tires could be swapped, I was told there was no problem. I stated that the tires would be in the trunk. Imagine my surprise that this was not done. I have been told that there is a $20.00 credit in my account. I am curious since all latches , hinges and locks are said to be lubed how the tires were overlooked, or was the trunk hinges and lock not done. Thank you, John De Silveira 778-887-4030 More
