Both Sales and well as Service Departments are outstanding.. A few months ago, my lease on my car (already a Hyndai) expired so I had to look for a new car (buy or lease again). I had had a very good experience A few months ago, my lease on my car (already a Hyndai) expired so I had to look for a new car (buy or lease again). I had had a very good experience 4 years before when I first leased the car and once again, was welcome with open arms. The guy who I dealth with 4 years ago is now Assistanrt Manager and was eager to find a car for me. I ended up buying a Hyundai Elantra Limited Edition and I think I was given a fair deal. Today, I went for my first 6 month (free) service and again they acted very profesionnally: they werr courteaous, on time and no trying to upsale me things or services I don't really need. Within one hour, they had the car services, washed and was happily on my way, This dealer was so friendly that I manged to get my wife to switch to Hyundai (she bought a Elantra GT) instead of going with the Mazda dealer across the street (she was driving a Mazda 3). She too, said that the Hyundai guy are much more friemdly. Definitely would recommend this dealership (and I have already to which I was rewarded with a $100 cheque from Hyundai!). More

She explained the nature of the service and was excellent in her customer skills. She offered to get my car cleaned as well for no extra cost. In 45 minutes, i was given my car back with the whole service done. Employees like Molly, would surely make customers like me come back to do the servicing here. All the best to Molly and her team. I had to have my 2013 towed to the dealership, receiving prompt hassle-free [no paper work!!] from Hyundai Road Assistance. At OpenRoad, a quick inspection by a mechanic confirm there was no quick fix. Robyn promptly provided a new Elantra loaner car, and later advised that a major part had to be ordered from Toronto. The next day, she provided more updates, and again on the following morning, advising the car would be ready at noon. And it was. She is a cheerful, and obviously knowledgeable and competent service rep. Well done! More
