I'm amazed I came in to get my low beam headlight fixed, After they looked at it they came and asked me if I had been in an accident recently which I had. They s I came in to get my low beam headlight fixed, After they looked at it they came and asked me if I had been in an accident recently which I had. They said that the whole front head light needed to be replaced because the wiring had melted. Then I was told that head light was not a Hyundai head light so it must have been replaced when my car was repaired after the accident. I was told that it should been under warranty I just need to go back to where it was fixed. I asked how must a headlight would be if I chose to replace it myself ( because only my bumper was damage during the accident) they told me $500. to $600. They could have just said that I had to replace the whole headlight and charged me for it but they were honest and now it will be fixed at no cost to me. Thank you so much More

Outstanding Dealership For Sales and Service Prior to purchasing my first Hyundai, my previous two vehicles were both BMW 7series and my last 5 were all BMWs. I took the 2010 Genesis 4.6 for a Prior to purchasing my first Hyundai, my previous two vehicles were both BMW 7series and my last 5 were all BMWs. I took the 2010 Genesis 4.6 for a test drive and bought it on the spot. 3 years later I was convinced that I never need to to go back to eurpoean. I loved that car so much that we went back and got a second Hyundai for my wife (a Veloster - man that thing is cool). The sales process was low friction and the dealership itself is excellent with fantastic amenities (Great coffee machine) and coming in for service is always a pleasant no pressure experience. I have now purchased 2 more Hyundais and have been nothing short of impressed with them. But one of the vehicles purchased at another dealership has had an ongoing issue which I really believed was major warranty problem and I wasnt getting anywhere at the other facility. I brought the Vehicle to OpenRoad Hyundai in Richmond and in one visit, the problem was solved. The staff are not just polite and courteous, but also very professional in their approach. The dealership is bright and clean with a friendly atmosphere and waiting area in the service service department is very comfortable with fast free wifi and an awesome coffee machine. I cant believe I waited so long to come back. I'd definitely encourage and recommend anyone to give them a chance for service and a new or used car. More

Looking for new dealership for service. We experienced some sudden problems with our vehicle. Called our regular dealership in Vancouver to book an appointment. Was told that the dealership was closing for three years and was given the names of other Hyundai dealerships. Called OpenRoad Hyundai in Richmond. Initially told that they were fully booked for several days. But when I explained our problem and asked whether it was safe to drive our car, they squeezed us in earlier. I was very impressed with their level of service. They diagnosed the problem and got back to us very quickly for approval to proceed with the work. They also checked for outstanding recall notices and did that work as well so we wouldn't have to come in again. They also contacted Hyundai since this has occurred before. Lastly, something that we're really appreciative of is that they didn't try to sell us anything we didn't actually need. More

First service experience with my new Hyundai My first experience with Hyundai was extremely positive. The airbag light on the dash was illuminated which was an issue I did not want to ignore. The service department was able to get me in almost immediately on a Friday afternoon no less. They said it would take an hour but I was out of there in half that time and that included the car wash. I can only hope this is the beginning of a long and happy relationship with this dealership. More
Troubleshoot Diagnostics on Equus-Problem Corrected-'Rats' OK - cold winter day - start my Equus and it's running very rough. My first thought - fuel and condensation - sounds like cylinder misfiring. Brought the car in to OpenRoad Hyundai for troubleshooting - big surprise in store for me. Bryce the Equus specialist mechanic showed me how rats had not only chewed off the #4 cylinder control wiring from harnesses (soy wire coverings are identified as food by rats) - rats also tried to build a nest for winter warmth (all in one night). Bryce created new wiring connection with soldering to harnesses and fixed the problem. Bryce and Service Department are always very courteous and perform their work with excellence.
