Services were fast. I wanted to have a service for my brake , I wanted to have it done at a authorize service center for my 2013 Elantra GL. Received a reminder call one day prior to my appointment On the day of appointment, my brake got services on time along with rake oil change. I was provided with assessment for the service/repairs required however not forced to do it immediately. Overall a good service appointment More

Great Service! I came in for a servicing on my car, and the staff was really friendly as soon as we entered the dealership. They helped us very quickly to ensure tha I came in for a servicing on my car, and the staff was really friendly as soon as we entered the dealership. Before our car was ready they came over to suggest some things that should be repaired or replaced and it was very helpful!! More

Excellent service. This is my first Hyundai, and this was my first service on the car. I found the service staff friendly and professional. I gave them my car keys, and sat down with a newspaper, coffee, and muffin (courtesy of Hyundai). The service was completed 45 minutes later, and the car was delivered to me sparkling clean (the car wash was also courtesy of Hyundai). I am completely satisfied, and would recommend this dealership to anyone. More

Service Fail, no accountability My mother got her vehicle serviced in Richmond prior to a wedding we were driving to in Calgary & asked that they check a leak in her tire. The service guy topped it up & claimed that he checked to make sure there were no punctures and sent her on her way... only to have the tire flat by the time we got to Vernon. Called the Richmond service manager from Vernon who was rude, unapologetic & condescending. Saying, "What do you expect me to do?! Want me to drive out to Vernon and fix it for you?!" Also implied that we were at fault and must have got the puncture during our trip. Absolutely the worst service. More
