I just got my car back from another shop, I took it in for a second opinion. Upon inspection, the second shop showed me (with pictures) that the gasket was entirely intact. The mechanic from the second shop (without knowing my previous issue with Ontario Hyundai) informed me that he thought it looked like someone had spilled/poured oil into my cylinders. The mechanic also told me I only needed one coil, that the wires were fine and my service interval for an oil change was in 900kms, he offered to complete that as well and save me some time. If I was disappointed with Ontario Hyundai before, I am appalled now! Not only was I being over-charged, it seems that these issues were not as coincidental as I was lead to believe.
