She was absolutely fantastic, super professional, enthusiastic, and very focused on what I was looking for. She helped me find the perfect car and was extremely helpful in helping me get everything ready and getting the vehicle as soon as possible. I would definitely recommend Stephanie to anyone looking to get a new vehicle who wants a guaranteed awesome experience. More
Worst service department, beware of oil change scam Went in on Monday to have oil change done, have my summer and winter tires swapped out (on rims), and have the mandatory $35 rust inhibitor scam reapp Went in on Monday to have oil change done, have my summer and winter tires swapped out (on rims), and have the mandatory $35 rust inhibitor scam reapplied. I didn't expect this to take 2 hours and 40 min. Its a one hour job for all of these things. An hour and a half MAX if the technician is slow. I arrived 5 min before my 230 appointment and checked in. I told the advisor that I would walk down the street for a quick coffee and bite to eat. I told him I would be right back. I left my phone number just in case. I came back exactly 55 min later to find my car only now being driven into the bay for service. A full hour after I arrived. I then took a seat in the waiting room within view of the service advisor who checked me in (Sean Dilljohn I believe his name was). Its now 5 pm and I am fuming. I notice that others who brought their car in after me were being told their car was ready. I approached the service advisor who checked me in asking if my car was ready? He said "ya we called you"! NO THEY DIDNT! I was sitting in the xxxx waiting room from 3:25pm on with my phone in my hand! He then asked one of the cashiers....."didn't you call Mr. Soandso?" to which the woman answered No, but there is a phone number at the top of the invoice"! He tried to pass the blame onto someone else when it was he who dropped the ball. The real kick in the arse was when I arrived home after now fighting rush hour traffic only to find that the rust inhibitor that was supposed to be reapplied WAS NOT! There was the same old dirty residue from the initial rust spray (which looks absolutely horrible I may add.....had I known that was the rust check they offered I would have told them to shove it!). It is clearly obvious that No rust check was ever reapplied! I have come to realize that the free oil changes they give out when you purchase a vehicle is nothing more then a reason to get you back into the service department. They will then tell you "oh your car is due for its (insert kms here) check! They will then try to pressure you to buy the package they are offering you otherwise the warranty is void. Don't fall for this scam. Any licensed mechanic can fix that car as long as they document their work...... your warranty still is valid. They are just using high pressure sales tactics to extort even more money from you.DO NOT fall for it! CONSUMERS. Please heed our advice and DO NOT reward bad service. Ontario Hyundai may be the number one volume dealer but their service department needs a complete restructure. They can shove their oil changes in their backside. I will never be back, nor will I ever spend another dime in this "stealership" Ontario Hyundai! I wrote this review so that you can be educated. I wish I had this when I was thinking of buying a car from them. BUYER BEWARE! NOTE; To be fair. A week later the service manager did contact me to address my complaint. He did issue a service credit for all the money I spent and Re applied the rust check. (I still would recommend NOT buying their rust package though.). In addition, the service advisor Sean did apologize again profusely for the time I spent waiting. More
Blatant rip off! Rust protection scam! Paid for rust protection, 5 year plan. Was told would be resprayed once a year for 5 years. After the third year was shocked whe Rust protection scam! The technician said they only do tuchups on any rust that appeared after the first year. Not what I was told when they sold me the plan but not even touch ups were done. AAAh! Went in and complained so they finally covered the rust with under coating. Live and learn. More
Don't ever bring your car here 100% worst service I ever received in my life. Very rude, unprofessional people. Make sure you don't take your car there or you will regret it. Very Bad Service I am hopeful that people actually look for reviews to determine what dealership people buy their cars from. Very poor service. First they quoted us nearly $900 more than other auto shops for work. It felt like gouging. When things were delayed,the standard "it was beyond our control - the parts were not available" was not well received by us. Why? Because there were a lot of things in their control. Following up with us when they said they would let us know when a courtesy car would be available. Didn't happen. They also didn't call us during the week and a half that they had the car. Apparently that is up to the customer to do. This is our second purchase from this dealership. Plus we have referred 3 other people to this dealership. That is over $100,000 in business. In fact, Hyundai was our go to for our most recent purchase and the only reason why we did not go to them was because they didn't have an SUV in the class we needed (500lb tow allowance). however, now due to their decline in service and lack of concern for the customer experience, we can no longer recommend this particular dealership to family and friends. More

We purchase our crossover brand new from them, and have had nothing but problems with the dealership and the service from the time we drove it off the lot just over 2 years ago. Almost every time we brought the car in for a repair issue, our concerns were either brushed off, ignored, or disregarded, and the staff was either rude, disrespectful, or applied scare tactics to try and intimidate us, and the requested service was most of the time not fixed. We became so afraid of bringing our car there, we thought they would sabotage our car just to spite us, We now bring our car to another dealership for service. Even though we get free oil changes at Ontario Hyundai, we still won't bring our car there. Ontario Hyundai promised BEFORE we bought the car that we would receive excellent service. AFTER we bought though, it was a completely different story. Save yourself possible problems and stress; choose another car brand, and run far away from this dealership! More
