(This was later confirmed by another GM dealer). Old Mill is by far the worst GM dealer I've ever had the displeasure of doing business with. Nathalie Vega was the service advisor on duty - she did an excellent job of keeping me updated during the process. Margaret at the reception desk did an excellent job in closing out the transaction. unprofessional with lack of dignity and respect I purchased my car from this dealer in July 2017. It had 30,000 KM left of warranty. from the very first day I noticed car has hamming noise on steer I purchased my car from this dealer in July 2017. It had 30,000 KM left of warranty. from the very first day I noticed car has hamming noise on steering wheel on low speed and when driven at the corner (apparently some axle and powering issue). contacted them where technician did road test and confirmed the noise, requested to drop the car for repair after 1 week they were unable to diagnose the issue. I contacted General motors and proceeded from upper tier. told to drop the car again. dropped the car for road test. It proved issue but after days leaving car there, they said no issue.... I did it 5 times withing almost 2 years as per GM request, where they do simulate the issue on road test but then saying they don't see any problem. PROBLEM STILL IS THERE AFTER 2 YEARS BACK AND FORTH. It made my life with a very disappointing experience, They damage Cadillac Reputation and are so apathetic to customer's concern. More

Waste of my time Had a very bad experience and received nearly no help from Old Mill. Came in because my fill tire light was on. The tire looked fine, just asking if i Had a very bad experience and received nearly no help from Old Mill. Came in because my fill tire light was on. The tire looked fine, just asking if it was a sensor issue or if the tire had a leak. I was told it shouldn't be more than 30 minutes. After 40 minutes I asked and they said they would find me. An hour later, I went to the desk, and was told to hold a moment, minutes later they came an magically they were just coming to see me to say the tire had a hole in it. That is, I waited an hour and a half to be told I would need a new tire, which would also take an hour. Worse, the sensor had been reading 78-86 PSI, but now read zero. After an hour and a half I had less air in a tire, and they couldn't help me for less than $246, despite the tire being under warranty. Luckily, there are other chevy dealers and one is replacing the tire free of charge tomorrow More

They take time with their customers to ensure the customer is completely satisfied. They know their product well and make sure to share that knowledge with you. We recently had an issue where the warranty had expired over a year and 1/2. The staff in the servicing department and salesperson worked together with us to minimize our cost. I would not go anywhere else to purchase a car. A special thank you goes out to Jamil, Danny Tony Nathalie and the rest of the team at the Old Mill. DISASTER !! DO NOT GO HERE!!! I went in as the place was closer to my house than my current Cadillac dealership. Vic in the service dept was fine although its no applewood but when I went in as the place was closer to my house than my current Cadillac dealership. So there I am sitting in new cars taking pictures and no one came near me. I told the service gentleman as I was leaving and he insisted to introduce me to a sales person. I said i would come in and talk to her at 1 the next day. Well im not sure how she got my home number as I did not give it to her but my phone starts ringing when i am on Holidays at 9,910,920,939 etc. Finally i thought there most be a medical emergency so i went to answer the call just after 10 and it was the salesperson (Camilla) who had called 6 times to confirm my appointment. WOW!!! I said i would be there at 1,just WOW. Im with her for about 5 minutes and they quote me $885 a month for a very similar vehicle as I drive right now for $663 a month.I said i wont be paying $200 more a month for a newer version of what I already have, so she calls in the sales manager. i was there 5 minutes,and shes already calling in the closer???So he takes me outside "to show me something". He proceeds to show me a white family type station wagon or something,an enclave. I drove in wearing a Rolex and driving a SRX and knew i was getting a XT5 and he is showing me what he drives. He knows nothing about me other than i have longer hair and was in jeans and a tee-shirt. He thought he could close me on price,not what i wanted? So i told him,he is out to lunch and he says i do have a 2018 demo for SRX a 2018, last years . So i said I have to go, put the numbers together,get it down around $700 a month or so and call me with the numbers. That was Mike Maglayo , and that was 10 days ago and I am still waiting for a call? I have called him, now 10 times and got voice mail 10 times which i don't use. I finally asked them a moment ago to get him paged. They said he is on lunch, its 3:11? I called back at 4 and they said he is on lunch? Finally got him on the phone at 410 and he simply didn't remember me. The other times I have ask him to be paged,they say he is in sales meetings? I will not be dealing with them, that's for sure ! Disgusting! More
