This has been my first experience dealing with Old Mill GM and I will definately recommend to friends and family. The service was expeditious, staff extremely courteous, and the job was completed in a time GM and I will definately recommend to friends and family. I will be returning for regular maintenance on my vehicle and I am considering tires for my truck per Ediz Ozel recommendation; he was a valuable resource during my first visit and looking forward to dealing with him and Old Mill for future services. I've gone to many GM dealerships over the years but I I've gone to many GM dealerships over the years but I never had a more positive experience than the one I've had at OLD MILL. I would absolutely recommend Old Mill for service. I am very pleased with the quality of service I received and the extra time that was taken to explain the work being done and answer my questions. The extra care that was taken in the check-up revealed a problem with a slow leak in one of my tires - this could have been a disaster with a pending vacation drive. Worst dealership ever. Went for service call, ended up having to go back 4 times for same call. At one point the service manager actually said "well the service light is off, it must be fixed" e having to go back 4 times for same call. At one point the service manager actually said "well the service light is off, it must be fixed" even though nothing was done. I than dealt with the director of operations who had never heard of the word "Service". On the third time picking up our SUV, he heated seats didn't work, though they did when we dropped if off. I asked the service rep, who replaced the battery if they checked the electrical components after putting in a new battery, he said no, they put it in and move on. It would have taken all of one minute to check the lights, wipers, seats, etc. Brutal. I than e-mailed the GM of the whole dealership and he replied with the usual lame brush off. No one cared of the time we wasted on dealing with this. At one point, after the dealership had it for a week, we left 5 messages and no one called back, so we actually had to tell the receptionist that we we're picking up the truck, though we had no idea if it was fixed. Place runs like a usual factory, no service, no thought, a bunch of drones. I would never buy GM after this experience. Would not recomend this dealership More
