Bad service experience and very poor customer service I have purchased my Cadillac XT5 in September 2018. Since then (in 3 months) I had my car in service 3x and today I have refuse to take my car back as I have purchased my Cadillac XT5 in September 2018. Since then (in 3 months) I had my car in service 3x and today I have refuse to take my car back as it has been not fixed again. So my car is in service for 4th time now. There is a squeaking noise coming from the dashboard area. Old Mill service tried to fix it, but they have made even more damage to my car instead of fixing the original issue. They had to replace several interior parts. The funny thing is, that the squeaking noise is still there. What a bad service. I am in contact with Danny. He is so kind, but I have a feeling, that he just wants 5 star service experience review. Also, I was told that service guys are well trained and working this and this many years at Old Mill and have received this and this service award. Really? Whay is my car in service than for 4th time for the same reason? Why there is no quality check before they release the car? I do not recommend this service location. More
Don't waste your time with the Parts Department! If you need tires,or any part in general, I would suggest going elsewhere. The parts staff does not educate themselves on promotions GM has, makes people wait around for a Parts Manager who doesn't come even when paged 6-7 times -- (yes he could be in a meeting, or busy with another customer, but if you're being paged more than 2 or 3 times, wouldn't you at least call to find out what the problem is?? - NOPE). So here you are waiting quite a while for a Parts Manager, who finally comes, but also has no idea what to do. Definitely more to this story, but I'll leave it with one statement. If you live a distance away, don't bother driving down there thinking you'll get knowledgeable staff in the Parts Department. This after I called them first and they verified everything by phone, only to have me go down there for nothing. Useless. More
LIES LIES LIES Our SRX caught fire as we were pulling in our driveway. Old Mill said it was caused by rodents HA!!! Then proceeded to tell us it would take 12 weeks Our SRX caught fire as we were pulling in our driveway. Old Mill said it was caused by rodents HA!!! Then proceeded to tell us it would take 12 weeks for a new wire harness…this after they had the car sitting on their lot for 6 weeks. So 18 weeks, more than 4 months to get a part from Detroit…Hmm. Nothing makes a customer feel worse than being lied to, especially after a traumatic event like a fire. No courtesy car, no customer service call, no apology… NOTHING. Just lie after lie. All this while GM still took our lease payments. The lip service by Danny and Angelo was admirable but complete BS, they try to make you feel like they care, but they really don’t, sadly you are just a file number. We expected more from a Premium Brand like Cadillac, I caution others to avoid this experience. More
Unprofessional Had my SUV in to get my summer tires installed and balanced. Pretty sure when they parked my car for pick up, a nail drove right into the tire. I'm OK with that, to me that's just bad luck, however, when I went to fill the tire just to drive on it, the reading on the dash wouldn't move. It was saying front left low, but in reality, it was rear right. Obviously, when changing the tires, they did not reset the detectors properly and the dash was reporting the location of the low tire incorrectly. WHen I called to have them remedy that, I was told there was nothing they could do and the service rep was unusually rude. TOld me to call GM. I spoke to the manager, and he immediately booked me in to get that repaired no charge. So today, I get a reading on my dash that the Left Rear tire is low. Go to fill it up, and... same issue. It's the Rear Right. This is either incompetence, or simply placating a customer with the optics of an issue being repaired. Either way, I will not be using them any longer. More

I couldn't have had two nicer ,more efficient people handle my purchase of a Beautiful 2014 Yellow Corvette Convertible. This is a nice dealership to do business with and if it gets any better I don't know where that would be. Daniel Kenny the financial services manager was also most helpful. They convince me this car is worth to buy for my family and It look like a brand new with good price. After I pick it up last week, I drove around 500 KM to test it again. It runs very well so far. There is nothing wrong with it. My family, especially my children, like it very much. Liz and Joe did their job very well and I will recommend them to my friends once I heard they plan to buy a used car. Thanks More
Locked in dealership!! Argue over service on 5 wk old car In January 2018 I bought a pre-owned 2015 Buick Verano from this dealership. We were the last customers on Friday and they close at 6, but by the time In January 2018 I bought a pre-owned 2015 Buick Verano from this dealership. We were the last customers on Friday and they close at 6, but by the time paperwork on the car was completed by sales it was just after 6:30PM. We were advised to go and get the car by the front and we could leave. We settled into the car and within 15 minutes from leaving the sales office we went to leave the lot only to find that we were locked in, and the gates were closed. The sales person had left. We attempted to call the numbers we had for the 2 sales reps we worked with and both numbers were their office lines. We had to physically search the building to find a security sticker with a number on it, when we called they advised they no longer offer security services to this location, but kindly provided us with a number to reach the manager. Upon calling the manager, he took nearly an hour to get to us and open the gates and was unhappy about doing it and unapologetic. This was a total of 2.5 hours locked in the lot after hours. We were very close to just calling the police. We left this as is and did not write any poor review as we were happy to have the car. Within 4 weeks of driving the new car, teh CHECK ENGINE light appeared. I brought the car back to the dealership and spoke with Service. Service advised us there would be a $169 fee plus taxes to have a diagnostic test ran on the car. We flatly refused to pay because we had only had the car for 4 weeks and we also purchased a $3300 warranty. We were referred to speak to sales, and the Sales man we spoke with was EXTREMELY RUDE - he refused to pay for the diagnostic assessment and compared the purchase of the car to "buying a hairdryer and trying to bring it back 5 weeks later with something wrong". Needless to say after an argument, we had the car checked and was advised that so long as the issue t hat the car had was under warranty, the diagnostic would be covered. The end result was a valve that needed to be replaced which WAS under warranty, but I was heavily warned that if the issue was not under warranty the bill would have been mine to pay on a 5 WEEK OLD CAR. My mother wanted to write a letter to the owner, to which the sales man scoffed and said "you can do whatever you want it doesn't matter to me". I would NEVER recommend this dealership to anyone, the miscommunication and poor service provided was awful. The fact that I had to argue with the Sales Man about service of a 5 week old car with an expensive warranty purchased is disgusting, never mind the fact that the car needed a valve replaced so early on in the first place! This was time taken off work and away from my family responsibilities, to deal with unapologetic and rude staff who refused to help. The man who managed the Service Department was kind and efficient. That is the only benefit to this dealership. However, the amount of issues it will take just to have your brand new warrantied car looked at is beyond disgusting. It is no wonder so many of GM's locations have been shut down in recent years. More
