When we entered the show room, there wasn't anybody at the front counter and the place appeared empty except for a few people off who could be seen in side offices. My wife and I wandered about for looking at the vehicles in the showroom. If it wasn't for my interest in a particular vehicle we would have left, probably with a negative view of the dealership. As we were about to leave we were approached by a salesman who asked if we were being looked after and introduced himself as Andrew. Once we met Andrew our impression of the dealership started to change, for the better. We found Andrew to be very professional; friendly, courteous and genuinely interested in our needs. Andrew was extremely knowledgeable about the Ford products and his presentation and style was helpful, not pushy or high pressure. Andrew is a gentleman who is very pleasant to deal with and who inspires confidence in both the product and the dealership. Our dealings with Andrew went on for a few days while we tried to settle on a vehicle. On my second visit to the dealership I found the reception desk occupied with a friendly and helpful lady. While I waited for Andrew I was approached by a salesperson who inquired as to whether I had been helped. A totally different experience from my first visit. Once a deal was struck, Andrew introduced me to Colin who was equally friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Besides preparing the paperwork for the sale, Colin looked after changing over the registration from my old vehicle to my new one, an excellent, hassle free service. Colin was very accommodating. Both Colin and Andrew are assets to this dealership, both of whom inspire confidence in both the product and the dealership. After the initial poor experience these two gentlemen changed what started out as a very poor impression of Okotoks Ford Lincoln to a very favourable one. As far as the final price goes, as a buyer I would always be happier if I could pay less than I did, but I feel that the price I paid for my vehicle was fair and I am confident that I was given the best deal possible. More

Right from our chat online to when I got there Andrew was very easy to deal with. He listened to what I was looking for and what my budget was and work with that. There was no high pressure sales, very easy to talk to. I liked that he helped me compare buying used to buying new and what the difference in cost was. I spent almost 3 hours with him before a purchase was made. When I went to pick up my new vehicle a few days later Andrew greeted me at the door with the key in hand. I got the full tour of how things work before I signed on the dotted line. More
