I bought my The service department was great, until I received news that Ian Young the manager was bought out. I bought my first SUBARU from them. I bought my last one Jan 2019 from GoldFleet SUBARU in North Bay. I bought it there as most staff left after new owners took over The sales people at Ogilvie, remind me of the sleeze used car person. I like honesty They have lost my business altogether More

Incorrect messages appearing on my dashboard, key getting stuck in the car, the gear shift box light bulb stopped working. They insisted there was no problem. Subaru headquarters need to examine the work ethics at this dealership . More
From charging extra for service and marking the tires wrong Went for an A service and almost got charged double for just a simple oil change. Had to explain that the price was wrong multiple times. Also after Went for an A service and almost got charged double for just a simple oil change. Had to explain that the price was wrong multiple times. Also after putting on winters this year I noticed that they marked them wrong according to the proper rotation making the tire. Needless to say will never go back here for service. More
3 years of leasing I leased my Impreza here back in 2015. The salesperson was Eric Champagne, who I believe no longer works here anymore. He was really good. Sincere, I leased my Impreza here back in 2015. The salesperson was Eric Champagne, who I believe no longer works here anymore. He was really good. Sincere, at least. Because of Eric, I've always had a good impression on Ogilvie. And for the past three years, I came back regularly for services and all the service people are OK too. It's till the end of my lease recently that things are not working out well. I'm tired of telling the details. To summarize, ALL of their SALESPEOPLE and SALES MANAGERS now only care about whether you buy or finance or lease a car with them. Once the deal is sealed, don't expect any further response from them. They don't care. The financial manager, Meedo, is really helpful. He was actually the financial person that signed my lease 3 years ago. Good to still have him to close the deal. Not coming back again even though I really like Subaru cars. More

Ogilvie Subaru does not stand by its service Before buying a Subaru, ask yourself how long you want to keep it. It is worth googling problems such as check engine light and flashing cruise contro Before buying a Subaru, ask yourself how long you want to keep it. It is worth googling problems such as check engine light and flashing cruise control light. Catalytic converters, including expensive PZEV ones seem to be a common problem. These are not warrantied as long in Canada as in the US. My legacy was reliable the first 80,000 kms of ownership. Since then I have spent many $ thousands including more than a grand two weeks ago at Ogilvie Subaru. After leaving dealer, I noticed a gas smell. I drove it once on the weekend and the gas smell became stronger. Popped the hood and noticed gas spraying out from one of the fuel lines near fuel injectors and spark plugs. Since the spark plugs and wires were replaced I'm guessing a fuel line got knocked loose or damaged. Ogilvie Subaru wants to charge me more for towing the car and fixing a problem they probably created, albeit inadvertently. More
