Love my new Impreza but awful dealing with finance to close the deal. Sales was very helpful but the high pressure tactics to upsell to their care packages…even after I declined the emails , finance con close the deal. This went on for 2 days after I signed the deal. Not interested in adding $6000 to the price of my car thank you. Will let Subarus reliability speak for itself. Will go to Kingston next time and you should too. More

Great service all around from Sam, Fawaz and the managers Zack and Fadhi. They were all fast to address any of my questions and concerns. I am really disappointed with the service centre for my wife’s vehicle. We have a disabled daughter, and reason we picked Subaru outback was for the trunk size for all of her needs - including collapsible wife’s vehicle. We have a disabled daughter, and reason we picked Subaru outback was for the trunk size for all of her needs - including collapsible wheelchair. We expressed our displeasure multiple times, and was assured would be better the next time she needed to come in once part was available. Her trunk malfunctioned and was brought in, and seemed to be ok for a bit. It then malfunctioned again, and we have been back (and forth) 5+ times, and being over an hour away from the dealership, and waiting countless hours in the waiting room often, for the car not to even be brought in for 7 hours!!! xxx!! Why have her there for 10am, if its not going to been seen till 5pm!!. I’ll stop it here for now, as there is lots more to the whole story (for even another malfunction), but let’s just say I wouldn’t buy a Subaru anymore nor go to this dealership or service centre for more than an oil change…. And even that, I would question doing!! More
Their service department has been unable to diagnose and repair the BSD and RCTA system after having the car for a total of 4 days. After latest attempt and keeping the car fo 2 days the RAB has stopped wor repair the BSD and RCTA system after having the car for a total of 4 days. Called many times, left messages for service manager to call me back regarding a shock absorber that had to be replaced in USA after only 14 months so had to be a manufacturer defect (only 11K km... They don't return calls, Subaru Canada says it's up to dealer to get a refund for me, but they don't return calls. I was promised great support and service when I bought the Forester, well that has not been the case yet. I still hold out hope, but I don't think I will ever buy a vehicle from them in the future. What a huge difference from my past dealership (not Subaru). Its too bad, I like the Forester. More

Notwithstanding difficulty pinning down a business manager to finalize the deal, when I pushed the one assigned to me who sounded overburdened, he past my file to Jose who called me within minutes of receiving my file and squeezed me in for a meeting within hours. Jose professionally finalized the deal. Overall a good experience. Reasonable stock in a tough market and prices in line with the market. More

Let me get this straight, before in December I speak to Jay and agree on an offer for a Crosstrek for 800$ off a 24995$ used vehicle manual transmission, and been in a accident. I agree come in, drive it and we talk about trade ins, you low ball me on me car by an insane margin, and before signing Julia the manager tells me you there was a mistake on the car and can’t offer me the agreed price and have to stick with the regular cost. Seriously, unprofessional so I walk, and we talk on going for weeks after I’m asking for any negotiation you refuse to adjust price. You settle on offering more for a trade in and removing 0.5% on the interests to 9%… After all the smoke you blew about how you couldn’t budge on the price and wasting all my tome, you lower the cost to 22176$? Every time you guys told me this was the best offer, after a few days you’d make me a bit of an adjustment and I wondered why you wasted time instead of being reasonable instead of pretending you guys were being fair. Just to ultimately offer the vehicle at a price 3x lower then the deal you pretended you couldn’t afford to honour with me ? Beware of these guys.. That’s crazy… More
