After three weeks of leaving numerous phoning, leaving phone messages, and talking with receptionist. I have yet to be called. Reserved a car that was expected to be delivered in a few weeks. Gave a deposit and was assured I could cancel my order at any time - no questions asked. Get in writing that the deposit is refundable and good luck in getting it if you cancel given how long the wait is for a car today. More
It’s a bit early to know for sure about my new/ used Forester since I just picked it up yesterday. Generally I found the sales staff friendly and helpful. I felt heard when I expressed my needs for finalizing the sale and trade in. I wanted snow tires added at no extra cost and I also get to keep the AS tires. I did opt for the protection package but it remains to be seen if the cost will be justified. I did expect the detailing to be a bit better. Not as clean as I would have liked. Matte and Iham were easy to work with. At this point I feel optimistic that they will be there for me if anything comes up. Was very happy this morning when it started easily at -35! More
Worst customer service ever!!! Paid deposit of $1000 end of October 2021 for Crosstrek Touring to be delivered end of year or first week of Jan 2022 . During this time, noone contacted us to keep us informe of October 2021 for Crosstrek Touring to be delivered end of year or first week of Jan 2022 . During this time, noone contacted us to keep us informed of the tentative delivery date. When we called, noone responded or called us back. Finance manager (Hussain) called couple of days ago at 7:30PM and didnt leave a message. Been trying to contact him for 2 days, left messages with the reception but no call back. Got a call today after leaving a message with the receptionist again. The finance manager doesn't even have the decency to say sorry for getting back to us so late. He starts the conversation by saying "He is aware that we called and left messages, however they are far too busy to respond in timely manner" And then he goes on to tell me how they are short staffed and what not. All i said if he hadnt called, we were going to visit them today and ask for our deposit back. He responded "please come and take your money, we have plenty of customers waiting for this vehicle so we will sell it to them" I was astonished at the fact that how little they care for their customers. He never said sorry and continued blabbering and kept on cutting me off mid sentences. I had to disconnect the call by saying we will be there to take our money and give our business to a dealership that actually treats customers respectfully. It was one of the worst conversations of my life. Not only he was disrespectful, he was condescending as well. Please beware of this Subaru dealership. More
