I bought my car with them in Jan 2021, simply because they had the model I wanted not because I preferred that dealership. I made an appointment to have my winter tires exchanged for my summer tires ( they had the model I wanted not because I preferred that dealership. I made an appointment to have my winter tires exchanged for my summer tires (stored at Ogilvie Subaru) on the 5th of May at 0800 hrs 2023. There was no banner or info informing me to call Ogilvie Subaru to have my tires taken out of storage. When I arrived for my appointment, the person at the counter informed me that I would have to rebook due to the fact I did not call to have my tires taken out. I asked how I was supposed to know I had to call after booking online? There was NOTHING online stating I had to call. He said you are supposed to know???? What kind of response is that? I had to rebook my tire exchange 10 days later. This is not even close to satisfactory customer service. I also have sent emails to Ogilvie Subaru since I bought my 2021 Outback regarding use of Android auto. I was hoping to get some guidance regarding this App. I got nothing, not even a response to the email. I sent 2. When I did get my tires swapped, I asked about a chip/paint bubbling on my roof rack. The service manager too pictures and said Subaru would be in touch. Again nothing...I guess that is customer service at Ogilvie Subaru. Then in July I had the unfortunate luck to have a rock hit my windshield and I needed it replaced. I contacted Ogilvie Subaru and got an appointment after having to call 3 times as no one was answering and it was going to voicemail and there was no option to leave a message. I made my initial appointment for the 7th August, only to be informed later in the week that the dealership was closed that day. Rather than wait for me to respond they booked a new date for the 14th of August without checking to see if I was even available. Needless to say at this point in time I had had enough and cancelled my appointment for the windshield and made an appointment to pick up my tires in storage and take my business to another Subaru Dealership that values its customers. What do you think happened when I went to pick up my tires at 8 AM? They were not at the dealership, they were still in storage! My question is ... are the staff at Ogilvie Subaru incompetent or do they just not care? I informed the service manager that this was not sufficient and the reason I was getting my tires was to go to another dealership due to Ogilvie's horrible customer service. He said he would send someone to get my tires. I finally had my tires at 0920 hours. I would like to say that there was no query as to why I was not a satisfied customer or why I was taking my business elsewhere. More

Reserved a car that was expected to be delivered in a few weeks. Gave a deposit and was assured I could cancel my order at any time - no questions asked. Get in writing that the deposit is refundable and good luck in getting it if you cancel given how long the wait is for a car today. More
