He explained how the mistake and overcharge happened. He offered me reasonable compensation for the error. I accepted and wished to remove my negative from this site but don't know how. Hopefully the same people who read the initial review will see this and the this into account. The problem has been resolved to my satisfaction. I will deal with them again. Terry Nolan More
I complained about my wife being bullied into a B level service when all she wanted was an oil change. The cost was $382.20 more than what she asked for. There was also an outstanding issue of installing a block heater. The cost was supposed to be $355.00. I had agreed with the salesman on that price at the time of purchase. I had asked that they cover the total cost of the block heater to offset the overcharge with my wife. I had a call from a sales manager , Matt Pigeon , and he said he would put a $150.00 credit on my account. He would not confirm the cost of the block heater installation. When the work was done the total was $558.05 -a long way from the $355.00 I agreed to with the salesman. The $150 credit brought my bill to $461.10. A far cry from $355.00. He raised the price and them gave me $150.00 discount . I had called another Subaru (OTTO) to ask about the same work. Their cost was about $443.00. I bought my last two Subaru Foresters at Ogilvie's. I will be replacing this one with another Forester at the current mileage rate in about a year. I doubt very much I will hear again from Matt Pigeon. Where would you buy your next Subaru if you were me? More

I bought my 2020 Outback there last year. I received a recall letter in February 2021 regarding a software issue with the dashboard. I called twiced three days ago to place a booking request but no return recall letter in February 2021 regarding a software issue with the dashboard. I called twiced three days ago to place a booking request but no return call. The following day I sent an email again no reply. On the third day, I phoned again the central number and complained I was not getting anywhere with the booking. They promptly transfered me to a real person in the service department and he invited me to comme right away. I did and the work was done in 45 minutes. Because I have only 2,500 KM on the car, and the Covid traveling restrictions, I asked for a six month extension of the first year revision schedule. It was promply refused. More
Vehicule, Subaru Forester 2015 was purchased at Olgivie Subaru and did all the required maintenance there. Last maintenance was done in October. Vehicule changed hand and a safety check was required. Olgivie Subaru service managed to find that the car was not safe and needed some repair. This is again a 2015 Subaru with 69000KM and had last maintenance done less than 6 months. Please avoid this location if you can!!!! Do not let them work on your car. You will regret it. Fail complaint with Subaru. Either they are making bad cars or the dealer is ripping customers off. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone. More

I bought a used CrossTrek there and the service was top notch all the way through! David xxxxxxtook the time to go through all the features of the car and even synced my phone to the car.
