No accountability They have several "Client Experience Experts" on staff at Ogilvie, unfortunately my experience has been very disappointing so far. I'm a first time Subaru owner and love the car, but the service has been terrible. Customer care and attention is severely lacking, no call backs when you leave vmail, they lack knowledge when it comes to warranty work and what is covered, service advisors don't seem to know anything about your car or what the mechanics have done, and quite arrogant when you question what they say. Bought a 2019 in November and have been to the service center twice and on both occasions the customer service or lack there of has left me questioning if they value their customers at all. More
