Service staff was efficient to acknowledge me and write up the work order. Had my vehicle serviced quicky. The technician was pleasant to talk to. Other staff was really polite when we wandered around the dealership looking at vehicles. Was pleasant to be given a car wash voucher from service dept. I feel Ocean Park Ford is very much focused on the keeping long term customers. Having been working at an import dealership as a service advisor previously for over 18years, I know it's not easy to find a good dealership. I would recommend people to give Ocean Park Ford a visit to experience genuine caring service. More

I have been bringing my F150 to Ocean Park Ford since I bought my truck. The service department is beyond great. I have never once felt like I was being taken for a ride and have suggested work done that d bought my truck. The service department is beyond great. Service Deptarment It was that time of the year! My Escape Titanium reminded me it was running out of oil at the same time that the dealership send me a reminder. It is It was that time of the year! Lack of Communication - Service department Took my vehicle in for service 2 months ago. There was a clear problem and I was told it was fixed. This first visit they kept my vehicle much longer Took my vehicle in for service 2 months ago. There was a clear problem and I was told it was fixed. This first visit they kept my vehicle much longer than I was initially told. No rental vehicle and I they wouldn't call me to give me any updates. I had to call them to see what was going on. Fast forward 2 months, I did a little investigating and found that the issue I had originally brought it in for, was still there! Had to bring it back to them and took another 2 days to fix. In this time I was told that they would call me to give me an update but again, they never called me. I again had to call to ask when it would be ready only to be told "oh yah... its ready to be picked up". Moreover, during my second visit I asked that they look at another issue that came up but they didn't even follow up on my concern. Now I expect that i will have to go for another service in the near future..... The first time I dropped off my vehicle, I dropped it off towards the end of the day and the younger employees working were all gathered talking about their weekend plans speaking with profanity laced language. To me it seems like since I was not paying for the service (as the vehicle is still under warranty), they are not really keen on doing much work for me. More
