Had a pleasant visit for my Mustang's first service. Professional staff and great facility. Waiting area could have better chairs. I often use the online appointment scheduler...easy, efficient and if my date/time is unavailable, then Ashley follows up with me right away! My most recent service was last week...the "works" and I had an issue with the car stalling after start-up. My Service adviser Will L., welcomed me right away, understood my needs and arranged for the shuttle to drive me home. I have used the shuttle a number of times and always enjoy my trip with Cleve, the driver! Will called me, told me my car was ready and advised they diagnosed the stalling issue and would order the part. Will will call me when the part is available. Great customer experience!
