Recently had my car in as taillights were not working. I was visiting from van island.They had access to my car for 3 days. I was told it was either a relay switch of smart junction box. I wasn’t notified so presumed the taillights were working and never checked. This cost $500. I don’t drive at night much so it was a couple of weeks before discovering my taillights were still not working. I bought my car from Ocean Park Ford, and as I didn’t have much luck with the dealership in Parksville, thought I’d go back to them. Really disappointed. Taillights are a safety issue. Gone are the days when a dealership is concerned about customer safety. More
