I have always taken my Ford Escape to Ocean Park Ford. I was rarely comfortable with their 'service guys' - the pressure techniques and blatant condescension were hard to take. However, when the Quick Lane was rarely comfortable with their 'service guys' - the pressure techniques and blatant condescension were hard to take. However, when the Quick Lane Service Centre within Ford opened, I started to go there for maintenance. What a difference! Friendly, open, and honest service and ZERO 'man-splaining'. The service department was great to work with but my truck had a major electrical problem so I traded in in on another F150. My salesman Don was great to deal with and worked hard to get me a very good truck had a major electrical problem so I traded in in on another F150.
