2008 Ford Escape This would have been my 3rd transmission for my 2008 Ford Escape that I bought brand new in 2007. Ocean Park Ford said they could fix it for approx. This would have been my 3rd transmission for my 2008 Ford Escape that I bought brand new in 2007. Ocean Park Ford said they could fix it for approx. 3000.00-4000.00. So I asked them what could I get as a trade in after my car was fixed and the sales person said they would only give me what I paid to replace the transmission and nothing more. Very disappointed in this reply so I took my business else where and it only cost me 1792.00 all in for a new transmission. I will never buy another Ford, ever. More

Extended Service times Booked an one hour appt. for Oil change and Winter tire swap. Arrive 15 mins early. went to waiting room and TWO hours later went to check on progre Booked an one hour appt. for Oil change and Winter tire swap. Car went up on hoist a couple of minutes later. 3 hours and 15 minutes after arrival I finally am set free. IF there are delays, at least keep the customer in the loop. M Hoskins More
