I’m sure the work was done properly but the truck was filthy when I got it back. The new window was so dirty I couldn’t see out of it, there was chunks of sealer everywhere, there were foot prints on the filthy when I got it back. I know the job was performed by a third party but would have expected the dealership to inspect the work. More

Always friendly and polite. Usually takes a little while for someone to assist you. I wish like in the old days they would just give the vehicles a little rinse off, but these days no one wants to work so I for someone to assist you. I have dealt with Ocean Park Ford for 19 years. In all that time the Service Reps and the Service Manager have always been polite and attentive. Service has been excellent and at times "beyond the call of that time the Service Reps and the Service Manager have always been polite and attentive. Service has been excellent and at times "beyond the call of duty". Your Service Rep, John Truter, is a perfect example of this. Joe Bellavance, Service Manager at Ocean Park Ford, who is now retired is another employee whose service is commendable. However, I am NOT pleased with the Ford Company and will be calling the head office out East about the SUV Ford Edge (2016, 2017, 2018) and the lack of transparency of an inherent manufacturing problem.
