Electrical System problem I pulled into the service area at 5:30pm on a Wednesday afternoon with what I thought might be a battery problem. The service technician asked me to s I pulled into the service area at 5:30pm on a Wednesday afternoon with what I thought might be a battery problem. The service technician asked me to shut off the car and try and re-start it. But it wouldn't start. I asked if it could be looked at the next morning and he explained they were fully booked both Thursday and Friday so couldn't make any promises as to when they could get to it. The next morning, I was surprised to get a call from the service technician to say the alternator was defective and he gave me 2 options as to cost (which I thought was really good of him to do). I gave him the go ahead fully thinking I wouldn't hear back until the next day at the earliest and that it would cost me more than $1000. To my surprise, the repairs were done that same day and the bill was under $1000. In summary, I was more than happy with the service I received both from the technician and the mechanic who did the work (given that they squeezed me in after I landed on them with no notice whatsoever!). More

So we called a Reese spoke to him a bit, and we told him about our experiences with other salesman! He was shocked from what we were telling him. So at the end of our conversation, he told us to go take look at his dealerrater just so we could read some of his clients experiences. Well we were astonished. We weren’t expecting to see 270 positive reviews!! So we knew right away we had to go see him and that he was the guy to see.
