Should be under Warranty 2015 Ford Fusion repair of canister purge valve. The Ford Focus has been recalled for the same issue. The Fusion should have also been recalled. I had to pay over $400 dollar for the test and replacement of a $30 part (Amazon). Rediculus! More

You should pay more to deal with Reese!!! Well, I’m not much for reviews, but I figured I owe it to this guy to share my experience. This is now my 11th truck in 3 years from Reese. I’ve been Well, I’m not much for reviews, but I figured I owe it to this guy to share my experience. This is now my 11th truck in 3 years from Reese. I’ve been buying trucks for years, been to several dealerships from GMC, to Dodge and to Ford. Can honestly say that Reese is the guy everyone should see. Not only is he very professional at his job, he doesn’t treat me like a client, he treats me like a friend. He is quick to get back to me, and if he can’t right away, I know it’s because he’s busy. There are have been times, where he has driven my new truck to me, in the middle of a bush, just so I didn’t have to make a trip to London. There has been two times where Reese was 500 dollars more than the competition, but knowing the service I get from him, I wouldn’t shop anywhere else. Keep up the hard work Reese. Once we get to truck #20, I think a nice whisky is in need HA! More

If not for Sales rep (John G) this wouldn't have been a wasted visit. He was to order a paint stick to fix warranty issue and for the 3rd time he forgot to order it. John was great selling the vehicle but since then has not cared at all about us. More
