F 150 in on Tuesday for work on blend door and tail gate issue 2 days later I was charged $400 with no work having been done. I was told the mechanic didn't want to do the work as he wouldn't make money on issue 2 days later I was charged $400 with no work having been done. I was told the mechanic didn't want to do the work as he wouldn't make money on the job, they were very confrontational. They charged $400 for diagnostic work that they never intended on doing. The service advisor asked me if I had a personal issue with him, I answered no personal issue but definitely a service issue. Called the service manager but got very little response, he said he would investigate the issue but never heard from him again. Will never go to this dealership again. More
