Although the dealership was extremely busy, Steve took the time that we needed (after all a car is usually the biggest investment after your home!) and answered all my questions (which were many). The vehicle was delivered as agreed, and Steve followed up a few days later to make sure everything was ok. We ended up having an issue with the insurance company, which Steve dealt with quickly and efficiently.
