Visited Oakridge Ford on the advice on my brother who is a long term customer. Was introduced to Mike Alguire, General Sales Manager and Steve Sawruk, Sales Consultant. Steve guided us through the features and options of the F150 that we looking at, and spent the time to listen to our needs so that he could offer the best priced and logical option to meet them. Although the dealership was extremely busy, Steve took the time that we needed (after all a car is usually the biggest investment after your home!) and answered all my questions (which were many). The vehicle was delivered as agreed, and Steve followed up a few days later to make sure everything was ok. We ended up having an issue with the insurance company, which Steve dealt with quickly and efficiently. I would definitely recommend MIke, Steve and the team at Oakridge Ford for those looking to buy a vehicle. More

After extensive research, I finally picked out what I wanted for my new car (2013 Ford Fusion Titanium) and it came time for me to see, test-drive, and try all the different features and options. I decided to give Oakridge Ford a try and although I had less than impressive test drives at some other dealerships in the past, that all changed when I was introduced to Steve Sawruk, Sales Consultant. In addition to being very personable, Steve is a professional, extremely knowledgeable and amazing sales person. He genuinely made me feel at home, shared my excitement about the car I was looking to purchase and was attentive and also informative by explaining and showing me all the new features of this incredible car. Steve took the time to 'talk' and also 'listen' to me, to understand exactly what it was that I was looking for, and he did that without ever using any of the pushy/high pressure sales tactics that I have experienced at the other dealerships and that so many of us have come to hate. I must say that I have never been more comfortable or have enjoyed purchasing a new vehicle as much as I have this one, and I owe that accomplishment to Steve. I was referred to Oakridge Ford by a good friend, turns out another good friend had recently made a purchase as well. I come from a bad credit history, and my current vehicle would have cost me a fortune t out another good friend had recently made a purchase as well. I come from a bad credit history, and my current vehicle would have cost me a fortune to get it safetied (leaving me with a very troubled vehicle regardless). Over the last two years I have worked hard to re-establish my credit rating. With all this in mind, a Ford was something I was interested in... and I was specifically looking for a used older model vehicle (thinking that was the only thing that was possible). From the second I made contact I was treated as a valued customer. They respected the fact that another check on my credit bureau wasn't in my best interest unless they could get me into a car I could be proud of and afford. The information I was given was straight up and reflective of my situation, for that I will be forever grateful. All the pros and cons were presented to me and when it all came down to the final decision I couldn't say no. I was put into a brand new vehicle with all the bells and whistles at an interest rate (thanks to Ford Financing) that I could actually afford (anywhere else I would have been taken advantage of and offered a vehicle at a double digit high interest rate). Jesse and Steve were simply outstanding... and I look forward to putting them to the test of their promise to make sure that this vehicle will continue to provide me with years of amazing service. Spending money isn't easy on the best of days, however when you feel you are backed by people of their word (and they earn your trust along the way) it turns out to be money well spent. Without a doubt I would refer friends and family to Oakridge Ford and specifically to Jesse and Steve. I can only assume that along the way I will meet more great people at this dealership that will make the experience of my first Ford a positive one. More
