We were thankful for Darrin's patience during our vehicle search. We started out looking at Escapes and Fusions and realized the monthly payment would be more than we could manage. Darrin was awesome! We came in knowing exactly what we wanted in a used vehicle. Unfortunately, there was noting on the lot like it (used 2012 or 2013 focus with low kilometres in and around the $15,000 r wanted in a used vehicle. Unfortunately, there was noting on the lot like it (used 2012 or 2013 focus with low kilometres in and around the $15,000 range) but Darrin reassured us that he could find one that fit the bill. A few days later we got a call from Darrin with the good news that he had brought in a focus exactly as we described. We took it for a test drive and fell in love. We did however have a couple discrepancies, the tires on the focus were hubcaps, but that wasn't an issue he switched them out for a set of aluminium rims. After driving the vehicle for a month we had a tire pressure sensor go off, fortunately Darrin took care of us again and fixed the beading on the tire and offered to store our summer tires for free. Thanks for all your help Darrin. We will definitely be buying our next vehicle from you and will be recommending your services to all our friends and family. More

Steve was very thorough explaining all the features with the truck that we decided to purchase when it arrived.Also I explained that it wasn't all about the money to be spent but also the servicing of this truck when needed in the future with the dealership.Overall my experience with Steve and the dealership was a good one and most importantly I wouldn't hesitate to refer them to a prospective vehicle buyer.
