Over the last few weeks I've asked for help from Jesse Bruder(finance manager) an I originally wrote a positive review with regards to my 2011 Escape. Over the last few weeks I've asked for help from Jesse Bruder(finance manager) and he has basically threw me under the bus. I made it quite clear before signing the finance documents that my bi weekly payments were not affordable for me. He promised me that my payments could be lowered. After weeks of phone calls to Scotiabank then to Jesse Bruder and so on..........as the customer in this situation should I have to put up with this treatment? I don't believe so. Jesse has basically made it very difficult for me to drive this vehicle and create financial concern. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Go to any other Ford dealership in London. Some body work was done to the purchased vehicle and it looks brand new, well done to the body shop. I only gave 4 stars for the price because you always want a better price but we were satisfied that the price we paid and the lease amount were fair. Ralph was friendly, very knowledgeable, and enthusiastically demonstrated the various features of the Escape that we were looking at. We left very impressed after our test drive, and after a 2nd test drive and meeting, decided to purchase the vehicle. During the purchasing phase, he spent a lot of time with us- explaining things, discussing the pros and cons of the various financing options, helping with our trade in, etc. He even came in on his day off to go through our car delivery with us!
