5 Star Customer Service We were not even thinking about buying a Ford. I was wanting a Honda and my husband was wanting a Mitsubishi. We were driving by, and the Sales Tent l We were not even thinking about buying a Ford. I was wanting a Honda and my husband was wanting a Mitsubishi. We were driving by, and the Sales Tent lured us in! We were looking at a 2013 Ford Escape SE. It was the "Gingerale" colour that we both liked. Tony introduced himself and asked if we would like to take it for a test drive. Why not! Well, we were both impressed with the vehicle, however we were on the fence about it. Tony suggested we look at the "Managers Special" inside the show room . It was a 2013 Escape SEL in the same colour. Well we fell in love with it and purchased it on the spot. After having it for only 1 day the engine light came on. Well, Tony had someone drive to my home, drop off another Escape and take ours to the shop. Over the coarse of the next 3-4 weeks it was in and out of the shop while they tried to figure out what was wrong with it. They supplied us with a courtesy car the whole time.They eventually called and talked with a Ford Engineer and got the problem solved. They kept us informed at all times. We have our vehicle back now, and are very impressed with it and the customer service that we received throughout the whole ordeal. Thank you! We would HIGHLY recommend Tony and the rest of his team! I want to point out something first before I just say that Ted was an exceptional I bought a new F150 Ford Truck from Ted Cascadden on Sept 17, 2014. I want to point out something first before I just say that Ted was an exceptional sales representative. I had purchased the vehicle I was trading in - only months prior to needing this truck - i.e.: I was going to get my butt kicked upon trading such a relatively brand new vehicle. I point this out for two reasons - 1) I am familiar with the difficult process of buying a new vehicle. It's sometimes tough to sit across from a total stranger knowing full well his ambition is to SELL YOU A CAR. Well, Ted did not have that as his pure ambition. His ambition, was to make me feel comfortable in the process of taking a hit on my trade, but actually getting me an awesome deal. Such an awesome deal in fact that your competition from the surrounding area even called me to tell me BUY THAT TRUCK. My favourite thing Ted said was - "Our relationship doesn't end here Bill. You have any issues - Call Me. I promise you it will be taken care of and fast." As well - Jesse from finance. For such a young employee - I was very impressed with his knowledge and genuine personality. So - THANKS OAKRIDGE FORD and THANKS TED AND JESSE - AWESOME SERVICE!! More

We were emailing back and forth seeing what we can do to work with my credit and finances. He was great and always made me feel like a priority which was amazing. Then I met with Chris for the purchase of the car he was amazing in showing me the different options of cars and what I can do, then working out pricing and options for me. He was amazing and really did find the perfect car for me. I have had no problems what so ever during this whole process. I was never forced to buy the protection plan, Jesse simply went over the details and what was covered and really showed me the features, advantages and benefits of the plan. I have been in sales for a while now and I know all the time sensitive closing tricks etc, these guys never did that. I never felt pressured or like I couldn't say n"no" to something. I felt like in the 2-5 days it took me to figure everything out like I knew them my whole life. They worked around my schedule (which is hectic) Chris and Jesse even came in on their day off to assist me. I have never had such great service with anyone until now. Thank you guys for helping me with my 2014 focus. More

Update: Oct/03/14 Have the truck for 4 days and I enjoy it. I believe that these gentlemen did everything they could to have me as their customer. See you guys in two years for a new truck. Note to buyers: It is always smart to utilize your search engine and shop for the best deal. Also: Who ever considered shopping at PLANET FORD in Brampton - avoid them like PLAGUE!! Kevin Cabioc (piece of you know what) lured me in with the "best deal". I drove from London with my wife and two kids (4 year and 11 months old!) to get the new truck. When I came in they offered me $3500 LESS for my trade than what they offered over the phone. When I confronted Kevin, he acted like a little girl. He called the manager (John Wilding) to "explain" the change of price. He said that that's what wholesalers are offering. When I asked how come my car is worth $3500 less than yesterday, he said he wasn't in the office that day. Meanwhile Kevin was, again, acting like imbecile. So, John says something is wrong with my trade. When I asked what, he said: "I don't know, I'm not a mechanic. Do I look like a mechanic to you?". Actually, you look like something else. But I can't share that in public. The guy was totally rude and he actually came out of his office all defensive, before I even asked him a question. Best Vehicle Buying Experience Ever. I was in the market for a new SVT Raptor. Living in the Barrie area my choices are rather slim when looking to purchase a new SVT truck or car. Afte I was in the market for a new SVT Raptor. Living in the Barrie area my choices are rather slim when looking to purchase a new SVT truck or car. After many hours of searching online and visits to a number of dealerships we came across a new Ruby Red Raptor that Oakridge Ford had online. I emailed them about it and the very next day I received a reply that the truck was still available. After some phone calls between David Sharpe, Nathan Jenner, Aaron McHaffie and myself we were able to do the entire deal over the phone! I have never met a better bunch of people. They were honest with me and I was with them, which was a benefit for both parties as I got what I wanted at a price I couldn't refuse and they were able to sell a brand new Raptor to me. They made the online and in-store car buying experience something else that every dealer and rep should strive to achieve. I have dealt with many sales reps and managers over the years and this group of professional's blew them all out of the water. They went so far above and beyond that I plan on making any future purchases through them. Keep up the great work fellas and thanks for an AMAZING experience and vehicle. More

Over the last few weeks I've asked for help from Jesse Bruder(finance manager) and he has basically threw me under the bus. I made it quite clear before signing the finance documents that my bi weekly payments were not affordable for me. He promised me that my payments could be lowered. After weeks of phone calls to Scotiabank then to Jesse Bruder and so on..........as the customer in this situation should I have to put up with this treatment? I don't believe so. Jesse has basically made it very difficult for me to drive this vehicle and create financial concern. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Go to any other Ford dealership in London. Our excellent experience was had by us with Oakridge Ford from the time we entered to start the process to the completion of our purchase and lease. Some body work was done to the purchased vehicle and it looks brand new, well done to the body shop. I only gave 4 stars for the price because you always want a better price but we were satisfied that the price we paid and the lease amount were fair. Thank you Ralph for being genuine in your concern for us during this process.
