Best of the Best! I met Ted Cascadden when I came to Oakridge Ford while looking around at 1/2 ton trucks to pull a horse trailer. I asked Ted to sell me on Ford and the F150, which he did! He introduced me to all the features and options available with the various truck models and provided his recommendations on what I should look for in a truck for towing as well as the creature comforts. When I asked questions that were outside his area of expertise he went out of his way to find the answer. Ted walked me through every step of the purchase and what he was doing so I felt comfortable that I could rely on him. I worked with Aaron for the financing side of things, he was great too! He took the time and care for details to go over my purchase to make sure I was getting the best deal available. He also took the time to walk me through all the options available and exactly how the financing worked for my purchase. I greatly appreciated his patience with me as I’m NOT a numbers person! After initially selecting a truck, I had a change of heart in the box size to ensure it fit in my garage. I phoned Ted the next day to explain and apologize to which he replied that these things happen and they would do their very best to secure the exact truck I was looking for - which they did! He also made the point multiple times that it was very important that I was comfortable working with him to discuss anything I wasn’t sure about openly to ensure I would be completely satisfied with the truck purchase. When I picked up my truck last night Ted took the time to go over all the features of the truck in great detail and reiterated that our relationship doesn’t end here with the sale of the truck, that if I have any questions/requests in the future to give him a call. I could not recommend Ted and the rest of the team at Oakridge Ford enough. Fantastic customer service!!! More
