We arrived with a list of "wants" and a max price we were willing to pay, and Mike was great and found us two vehicles that matched our needs perfectly. Mike was honest while answering our questions and provided all the information we needed, and then some. We test drove both vehicles, and made a decision that night! We never felt pressured or rushed, and we both felt very comfortable and confident in our decision to purchase with Oakridge. We would recommend Mike, Jesse and the Oakridge team to our friends and family. More

The Travis Hollyman experience Travis sold me my 2014 Dodge Journey. He was very nice to talk to and deal wiith. Made sure that all my questions were answered. He was always there to answer my questions even when he was not at work and if he did not know the answer he got the answer to me very quickly. Travis surley takes it to the next level of customer service and works very hard to get the vehcile that you want with no pressure from him. If you need a vehicle and are afraid of those pushy sales people, not to worry Travis is not one of them!. More

Basically lied to on every aspect of the sale Granted, I am a first time car buyer so maybe half the lies the sales people and even the finance people told me could have been avoided I am sorry to Granted, I am a first time car buyer so maybe half the lies the sales people and even the finance people told me could have been avoided I am sorry to say they weren't and the service I have received from the dealer has been so poor. Not only we were specifically told what was covered under our warranty, but lied to about it and the details. I remember asking specifics and told many times how it would be and how stress free and easy it is to bring in a vehicle. I purchased my vehicle from there in 2013. I have had to bring it in for service many times now and every time is a battle with the phone operators to get an appointment, if they don't transfer me to voice mail and forget i called first of all. Second, literally everything i was told was a lie. From warranty coverage, to where my vehicle came from. It's funny because I posted a very positive review of my overall impression once the sale was made because at the time it was fantastic and I felt like I made a great choice going to Oakridge ford. Now, I am taking the time out of my day to warn people they do whatever they can to make the sale, once the papers are signed this dealer literally does not care about you or your purchase despite the fact that you are locked into an agreement.I would not recommend going here at all. More

Was willing to look at the vehicle again to try to fix issue Update March 16 - Mark (service manager) and I had a chat, and Oakridge Ford will take another look at the rear differential, and see if there's anyth Update March 16 - Mark (service manager) and I had a chat, and Oakridge Ford will take another look at the rear differential, and see if there's anything out of spec. Mark was down to earth during our conversation, and was willing to work with the truck again. Original Review Feb 15 - March I have bought 2 vehicles here, and expected the Oakridge Ford to make sure i am 100% happy with my purchase, and to stand with me if there is ever an issue. I have a loud banging noise in my rear diffetential of my F150, and am having trouble getting it fixed. Dealer continues to say it's normal, just because another truck made the same noise. Another truck with the same problem doesn't make it normal. At first, getting Mark (service manager) to reply to my emails was a chore, and now Ted (sales) didn't call back when he said he would investigate. Its been 4 weeks and nothing from Oakridge Ford. Its been a struggle to get my banging differential fixed, even tho its a safety concern, which has been reported to them many times. I'm tired of constantly trying to contact them, and get them to fix something. Oakridge Ford is not working hard enough to fix these issues, and results in me taking my business, and referrals elsewhere until the problem is rectified. More
