What an amazing team!!! The folks at Oakridge Ford have really perfected customer service. I saved a ton of money on my new Fusion, and I received top dollar for my trade. I loved all the special offers, and their inventory was excellent. For my entire purchase experience I was treated with respect and sincerity, honesty and integrity. Ralph and Michael worked very hard for me, but I have to be honest...the reason I am driving a Ford Fusion today, is due to Ralph. When I was in my research stage prior to making my purchase, I had met several other dealer representatives from a number of different brands. Ralph was the only person who consistently answered my questions, listened to my concerns, never gave up on me just because I was not an "easy sale", and ultimately found the perfect car for me. I am proud to say that I didn't just buy a new car, I bought a Ford, and I have made a new friend in Ralph. I am truly looking forward to working with him, and the rest of the team at Oakridge Ford in the future. More

Oil Change Nightmare My experience has been extremely disappointing. Oil change in August has been a huge headache! Upon return the brake light was on and said service bra My experience has been extremely disappointing. Oil change in August has been a huge headache! Upon return the brake light was on and said service brake fluid immediately - to rattles in headliner, wipers not working. After numerous visits I was told the headliner was broken during a previous repair which not a soul informed me of. Told in October the headliner -after me calling numerous times (with no return phone calls) "in transit." My husband just called Mr. Rothbauer and was told the part can not be ordered- unless Ford makes a headliner.....Again thanks for not calling me in the last two months to let me know that. Terrible communication plus terrible service. Every time I brought up issues a service person tried to tell me a lame excuse until they checked it out for themselves. Thanks for selling me a lemon. Also we were to be reimbursed for a tow by Mr. McHaffie and again haven't heard a word. More
