I wasn't sure what to expect and certainly had some reservations about visiting a dealership to buy a car, but my experience was wonderful - she is knowledgeable and professional and listened to my concerns and needs. I thought I would have to wait to be able to afford a vehicle, but she and the other staff negotiated with me until they offered me a deal I couldn't refuse! I picked up the car soon after, I brought it back after a few days with a very minor concern and Amanda Morvan was extremely helpful - she was available, engaged and helped me immediately. I feel that I could stop in any time and staff there would help me out as best they could even though we have already signed a deal. I definitely will go back when I'm ready for another vehicle, and I will certainly recommend them (and especially Amanda Jamieson) to my friends and family. More

I was invited to come to the dealership and hear about a deal that was focused on trading my existing model. I had no intention of trading yet, and had only a vague interest in the Soul, but Amanda Jamieson stayed with me with an air of professionalism, knowledge , her cool demeanor and her knack for making a stressful person like me feel comfortable, and at ease. She let the car and that new-car-smell do the rest. She is a hit with me....she showed lots of consideration and empathy for my wife's situation. A different car had to accommodate her special needs. Amanda offered alternatives where I saw obstacles. and never once did I feel she was only concerned with closing the deal. I went to Kia and took a Kia Rio out for a road test with Amanda and was very impressed with the car. When I came back from the test drive I told Amanda that this was the car for me. Amanda even came in on her day off to get all the paper work for me to sign. Amanda went above and beyond for me. I would highly recommend a Kia Rio to all my friends.
