Amanda referred me to a member of the sales team - Amanda Jamieson who was wonderful. After learning what budget I had to work with she provided me with two options and help work me with to come to an agreement that met my needs. Actually the new car that I entered into a lease agreement was more than I could have hoped for. Fantastic car (2015 KIA Forte) that worked within my budget limit. I would be pleased to recommend Amanda to anyone looking to purchase or lease a vehicle from this dealership. Very friendly and professional accommodating all my special requests and ensure I was able to drive away with my new car a satisfied customer. More

Good Service and friendly Staff The service agent Courtney was really friendly when I first showed up. She proceeded to ask what I was in for and after telling her she confirmed by a The service agent Courtney was really friendly when I first showed up. She proceeded to ask what I was in for and after telling her she confirmed by asking me a series of questions to ensure that she had it right. She asked if I needed the shuttle and what time would I like my vehicle back. When I picked up my car at the designated time she proceeded to let me know that further repairs were needed and parts had to be ordered in order to properly complete the repairs. I told her to go ahead and order the parts. She was extremely thorough with her explication and made me feel that I was part of a family. More

friendly staff....didn't get my service finished i put my soul in to get my winter tires put on and a remote starter installed. my vehicle is a standard and whoever ordered the remote starter ordere i put my soul in to get my winter tires put on and a remote starter installed. my vehicle is a standard and whoever ordered the remote starter ordered one for an automatic so when i went to pick up my car was disappointed to find out that the starter did not work. the starter is still installed while they contact whoever to see about getting the correct starter ordered. it's been a week and i have not heard back yet. the lady at the service desk was very nice and apologetic, dealing with the situation to the best of her ability. another issue i had was that when i booked my appointment i was not informed that i needed both keys for the starter. i got a call at work asking if i had my other key which thankfully i did but had to drop it off. they were going to send somebody up to get it but a co-worker overheard my conversation and offered to run me down to the dealership. as far as the service for getting the tires on....that was great. just didn't get my complete service. More
