Called dealership this morning to inquire on sorento. Staff who answered phone was not helpful and a bit rude. She transferred me to "Andrew". As someone who has an excellent understanding on vehicles, I was put off by his condescending attitude, I guess that is the way he likes to communicate to female buyers. What Andrew didn't care to ask or know, is I have purchased two cars on line, one an Acura TL and one a Honda Accord. I have perfect credit and didn't like how he brushed me off when he stated financing is 7%. Really?? Most dealerships are offering anywhere from 0% for new to 4% for used. He never tried to work with me on the phone and when I asked about the photos of the SUV and how accurate they were, he scoffed. Really?? Apparently "Andrew" has an issue dealing with intelligent females. It was by far they most awful 5 min conversation with a dealer. He was completely unprofessional and very rude! So bye bye O'Regans, My husband and I purchased a nicer SUV from Kia Charlottetown less than 30 mins later. You will never have us as customers! More
