Hello Desai, We have received the parts that you have been waiting on. Our General Sales Manager has reached out attempting to schedule a repair time for you. We just need you to bring the vehicle in and we can fix this issue for you. If you don't have the time to bring it in, we are happy to help accommodate you by picking up the vehicle from work if you are unable to find time to bring it yourself. Regarding vehicle history, we provide a CarFax for every vehicle sold that the customer must sign prior to purchase, so we are unsure why you feel we have been dishonest but would be interested in learning more in case there are issues we aren't aware of. Hello Tammy. We would like to apologize for the confusion, as well as the delayed contact from our Sales team. We also apologize that the vehicle you were interested was already sold. Vehicles tend to sell much quicker at the end of the month, and because of this in order to hold a vehicle we require a cash deposit. If you are willing to give us another chance, we would be more than happy to source a vehicle for you if we don't have it in stock. Regarding running your credit: You would have had to give us all of the information in order to access your credit, and our Customer Service team is very forthcoming that we will be sending the application to lenders to seek an approval. We find that due to the high price on most trucks, customers prefer to know what they will be approved for rather than test drive and choose a vehicle that may not be available to them once we speak with lenders. We find this is the path our customers prefer and generally leads to our customers being happier because they did not waste any time on a vehicle they may not qualify for once we send off the application. The good news is that if you're not doing credit inquiries too often, the credit bureau will see this current attempt as a buying cycle and the points that were taken on your credit score should be refunded. We are very sorry for the miscommunication and the delay in contact. Should you give us another chance, we will certainly do everything in our power to make it up to you.
