Awful Management/lie to close deals I was approved for a car and did most if the paperwork, including paying a deposit in cash. I needed one more document before I took possession but after a long day decided I would return in the morning. In that time a rival dealership offered me a better deal and when I asked for my cash back they told me I couldn't have it for 3-4 days minimum and it would now be in a cheque. I was annoyed but accepted it. I simply requested a promissory note stating I was to receive my money back and Marty Refused to provide one. I insisted so in a rage he scribbled something on a sticky note. I told him I preferred a proper document on the company letterhead to which he told me they didn't have any. He Then began to call me a "liar" for making them believe I was purchasing but then changing my mind. Very unprofessional service on this Marty persons behalf. In the end I refused to accept anything less than letter head and he was miraculously able to find some despite him initially saying none existed. The kid Jack I dealt with when I was choosing a vehicle was great. He did his best and remained friendly at all times. Marty is some low end form of management and he was the epitomy of a fast talking slime ball who even became verbally abusive. I will never recommend nor do business with this company. More
