Bad review I wouldnt recommend this place i bought a car and had it delivered to my appartment as i was outta town working came home to an empty tank of fuel and I wouldnt recommend this place i bought a car and had it delivered to my appartment as i was outta town working came home to an empty tank of fuel and engine light was on. Ive had nothing but problems with the car since ive gotten it power steering pump and now its in the shop agian. They were very friendly but didnt want anything to do with you once the car was off their lot. More

They got me into a 2011 Rav4 which was basically perfect for me. They were flexible with price and incredibly friendly and helpful. My Experience was Good! I am not sure what all these bad reviews are about. I just purchased a Kia from them. It was brand new, like it only had a 800kms on it. Had a great experience. Heard the stories but to be honest ive had my truck for over a year and havent had an issue. They dont warrenty vehicals so choose wisely. Can't believe a place like this is legal in Canada!! Top notch service until deal is closed. Veichles are sold as is despite all the crap about 1 month warranty. Get it in writing. The tech they sent me to were unqualified. If you have horrible credit (proposal or bankruptcy) it doesn't matter. Almost every dealer will deal with CTL corp...do not settle for the likes of mcneil motors, obrians or village auto..it's barely legal-organized crime. After the threat of lawyers and 2 months of stress our car was repaired to the point of barely safe. Brakes and good tires is all I asked! We paid 26000 for a car worth 14000! Please learn from my stupidity!! RUN!!! More

Awful Management/lie to close deals I was approved for a car and did most if the paperwork, including paying a deposit in cash. I needed one more document before I took possession but af I was approved for a car and did most if the paperwork, including paying a deposit in cash. I needed one more document before I took possession but after a long day decided I would return in the morning. In that time a rival dealership offered me a better deal and when I asked for my cash back they told me I couldn't have it for 3-4 days minimum and it would now be in a cheque. I was annoyed but accepted it. I simply requested a promissory note stating I was to receive my money back and Marty Refused to provide one. I insisted so in a rage he scribbled something on a sticky note. I told him I preferred a proper document on the company letterhead to which he told me they didn't have any. He Then began to call me a "liar" for making them believe I was purchasing but then changing my mind. Very unprofessional service on this Marty persons behalf. In the end I refused to accept anything less than letter head and he was miraculously able to find some despite him initially saying none existed. The kid Jack I dealt with when I was choosing a vehicle was great. He did his best and remained friendly at all times. Marty is some low end form of management and he was the epitomy of a fast talking slime ball who even became verbally abusive. I will never recommend nor do business with this company. More
